there's a limit to the amount of badges you can make on roblox a day, and if you go over you have to spend robux to make badges. either they waited day after day for weeks to make every badge or spend millions of robux.
the difference between normal badges and valuable badges is that normal badges are free to make but valuable badges costed robux to make (100 robux per valuable badge). badges used to always cost robux, but now can be made for free (5 free badges per day per game). im pretty sure you can still make valuable badges by making 5 free ones and then paying for a 6th and so on

When hunting for badges you should be very, very careful because you can get banned for inappropriate or just bad stuff badges just for having them on your account and I know it’s dumb because the person who made the badge should be banned and not the person that accidentally gets the badge

Making a badge is not hard, BUT takes time and can only make 5 per day. Also you have to change badge ID in a script fot every single badge. So uhhh the game with 1k badges created 5 badges every day 200 days in a row, or, spent 99500 robux to do it under one day (5 free badge uploads daily, other are 100rb each) lol
