Jay, can I just say the way you handled yourself during the live yesterday is a testament to your personality and professionalism. Deeply, deeply sorry for the loss of your friend, Paddock Family. Grief is awful but necessary and I hope you’re all able to take the time you need. Big love x.
RIP Abdul, always remembered him from the fulltimedevils days and fancams and he was very insightful on watch alongs! And on his instagram and twitter he was so into his fitness now and was on a great path! So sad he had his whole life ahead of him 😢
Nothing to forgive Jay. Outstanding effort even going live. Rest in peace Abdullah. Love and sympathy to all his family, friends and colleagues. One Love
Living in Perth Aus, the live watchalongs are the closest thing I have to watching United with mates. Abdullah was a part of that experience. Condolences to those who knew him.
To Jay and the rest of the lads at Stretford Paddock, please take time to process and don't feel like you need to make content for us at the moment. We'll still be here if you choose to take a break. Love to you all lads and rest in power Abdullah
A devastating loss. Every time Abdullah was on, i was so happy to see him and hear his brilliant analysis. I never new him personally but it just shows what a special guy he was that so many people that didnt know him feel loss. Rest In Peace Abdullah, you are missed. Paddock Boys, take all the time you need. We'll be here when you're ready.
Dear Jay and the Stretford Paddock crew, this is truly heartbreaking news. Abdul was a top lad. So young to leave us, Condolences to everyone that knew him, take time to grieve. ❤
Actually choked up myself watching this, losing a dear friend must be difficult. I saw him once outside the Mosque 20mins away from Old Trafford and he and I nodded and he gave me a smile as if I knew him. Really enjoyed listening to his opinions and seemed like a lovely dude. Huge condolences to the family and love to the Paddock team ❤
I'm so sorry for your loss boys! I didn't know Abdul but he seemed like a great lad and like Stephen Howsen said he had his head skewed on when it comes to United. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Seeing Ste and Jay so emotional resonated with me as I've lost some close friends when I was younger and it messes you up! ❤
To him we belong and to him we return. Rest in peace Abdullah. May Allah grant him heaven and may his family and you guys find peace in this difficult time.
No rush fellas, take as much time as you want. Always loved Abdullah's analysis even during the FTD days. Prayers to his family and friends during this difficult time. 🙏
Can't imagine what his family would be going through. Felt like a gut punch and I didn't even know him personally, always enjoyed him on Paddock. RIP 💔
Can’t believe it. So young. I remember I saw him outside Old Trafford once being interviewed by Mckola (2018 against Derby in the FA Cup 3rd round) and just standing there listening to his views and thinking how spot on he was with everything he said. He always offered such insightful opinions on United but more importantly came across as a really genuine, nice guy. RIP Abdul. Legend ❤️
Condolences to all of Abdul’s family and friends. He always came across as a very genuine guy. Sorry for you loss. No one would blame you lads at paddock for taking some time away, Football is so inconsequential at a time like this. Though we all know how into football Abdul was so maybe carrying on is the best way to pay your respects. Each to their own in these sad times.
RIP Abdul, still can't get my head around it. Probably not known to many new post covid viewers, but I swear he was still in school during the Full Time Devil days years back, we literally saw him grow up through the years. Used to be a massive unit of a lad till he hit the gym lol, another successful paddock alumni. I imagine he disappeared cause he went uni? But landed a great job in sports/marketing. I was just thinking of him a few weeks back cause he used to sometimes post stories from the games on Paddock insta & I hadn't seen him in a while. Similar age to me & kinda hits home, been putting off life insurance for years, but after hearing the news I finally signed up this morning. Hopefully Abdul's memory is eternal on the internet, long after us humans have nuked the world. RIP lad, thoughts to family/those who knew him.
Don't feel pressurised to churn videos out. Abdul was a huge part of this channel for years. Very understandable if you want to slow things down for a bit. He was a great guy and so knowledgeable about the game. RIP.
inna lillahi wa inallah-e-raji'oon. I've been watching Abdullah since the FTD days. he always seemed knowledgeable & enthusiastic when talking tactics, watching United and other leagues. (and him being in Paris for that game!) he'll be missed for sure. Best wishes to his family and friends, you guys are dealing with it admirably. when United get back to the top I'll be thinking of Abdullah, will be fitting.
Big love to the Paddock team and big love to you Jay. I don't know how you've managed to face the camera in these past 24 hours. Take care of yourselves and most of all RIP Abdul... ❤️
That was a really difficult watch. Lads go take some time and process this. Respect for turning up jay but please go and take some time for yourself. Didn’t know him but it’s obviously a bit loss for everyone. Rest in peace Abdul
Lots of love to everyone at Full time devils/Stretford paddock. We've grown up together through our love for all things United and I can't thank you enough for all you guys have through all the good times and bad. Rest in peace Abdullah, and my regards to his family. X
Take a break lads we are all still going to be here you boys need time to grieve the loss of your friend big love to everyone at paddock RIP Abdul will be greatly missed
Well done for going live and for making the right call and ending it when it stopped making sense for you to carry on through. Some things are far more important that United news on here. Condolences to all at Paddock. RIP Abdullah.
Honestly, taking a break might be good for you all. It'll give you all time to process. But carrying on is also a way of getting through things. We all understand which ever you choose, and we are all so sorry for your loss. He was gem. As are you all on this channel. Sending all my thoughts and love to you all x
I've loved this channel for a long time but the way you guys have handled this loss here and on stes channel last night says a lot about you all I hope your all doing OK in this difficult time again my thoughts with his family and everyone impacted by this tragedy
Always enjoyed Abdul on the channel, seemed a top lad with a bright future. Consdolences to all his friends and family, looking at the reaction he was clearly loved and touched a lot of people.
Been watching you guys since close to the beginning. I live in a rural spot in America so this channel is where I get my united fix. Never met any of you but it feels like I’ve known you all for years. RIP Abdullah, we’re grateful for your contribution to this community.
Jay, sorry to intrude on your grief at what is obviously a horrendous difficult time for you. I'm an old 'Cockney Red' but live in Devon now and have never met Abdul or any of you guys on Stretford Paddock, The Brew, FTD or your related channels but have followed yourself, Joe, Ste and Statman Dave for a few years now. I had a League Match Ticket Book back in the day (remember them?) for Old Trafford Ground Side and supported the club Home and Away in the 70's and 80's (domestically) and very occasionally in the 90's and 2000's but I havent been able to follow United as a match going fan for a very long time now and I cant tell you how much I still miss the experience, excitement and passion of those match day rituals, getting up at stupid o clock and travelling across the country to midweek away games in the freezing cold only for games to be called off or seeing United get a hammering, running the gauntlet and getting ambushed by rival fans, Being part of a Red Army that took over so many Grounds (and Pubs!), the chants, songs, banter....the joy of Cup Final Wins, the devastating losses, the bitter rivalry with The Scousers and Leeds, the exciting Promise under the Doc and the Glorious realization under SAF The sense of brotherhood of being a proper United supporter....I hugely regret not being able to continue that but your knowledgeable and passionate content has been a lifeline for me in what have been some very difficult times and made me feel something of that love for and connection with United that I had on e more; I just wanted to say Thank You for giving me that, you guys and my love of music have kept me just the right side of depression and insanity and whilst it wont help you right now I hope that you understand how important you, Joe, Ste are to us and how much we appreciate what you do and who you are! Im truly sorry for your loss, RIP Abdul.
When I found out about Abdul I immediately thought of that night in Paris I can still picture him talking about it his passion knowledge was so beautiful I will mostly remember him with those vids he used to do with ste after every united game rest in peace Abdul 🤍
Rest in piece Abdullah. One of our own. And for you guys at the Paddock, please do not rush to produce videos, take your time to greive. We all understand and respect that.
Bless you Jay, watched the video last night a couple of hours late and saw the comments but had no idea you found out live on air. Mine & the Mrs hearts were breaking to see the pain on your face, you couldn't have handled the situation any more sensitively and respectfully. All our love and thoughts to Abdul's family, friends, loved ones and the channel / fans. from Ash and Darian x
RIP Abdul. Seemed like such a personable guy. He was on the first live stream I’d ever watched and he was so passionate and invested in the team and it was contagious. Heartbroken to see he’s passed. Thoughts and prayers to all youse at Stretford Paddock and most importantly, Abdul’s family. Greetings from New Jersey
Jay, you obviously know better than me, but I'd suggest that if you have the tribute to Abdullah during the watchalong it'll run the risk of getting lost in the video. They tend to be the only videos i dont rewatch just because of the sheer length. He definitely deserves his own standalone tribute video. Or do both, you guys know best. RIP Abdullah.
I love the brutal honesty of "I can't be bothered". What you're going through is bigger than football, and I'm sure I speak for all fans when I say we appreciate you guys still putting content out for us after such a tragedy, but take whatever time you need. We'll all still be here for you!
Always loved Abdullah's takes on the channel. Some things more important than football. Jay you are a legend for even turning up, just wanted to hug you the whole way through. Peace and love to all of you!
Abdullah will be missed by many. This channel is so much deeper than just a fan channel. We relate and identify with you guys way more than we do with the squad we all follow. Much respect Stretford Paddock and Abdullah’s family. We are all family, take time off if you need it. RIP
I remember Abdul from the FTD days, always knew his stuff, a true fan and a brilliant lad, sad times and he will be missed, Thoughts go out to his friends and family
Devastated to hear about Abdullah, I always really enjoyed watching him talk all things, especially Utd, his insight and chill personality was a joy. He'll be sorely missed. RIP Abdullah
RIP Abdullah, he had such great energy and passion for the game and united. He will be sorely missed. Condolences to his friend and family and the Stretford Paddock crew.
Abdul was knowledgeable along with always having a good attitude. Never saw him come across as mad or angry or mean. Seemed like a great guy. RIP Abdul and condolences to everyone at Stretford Paddock.
Just lost one of my best friends a couple days ago too. Mate life and family will always be more important than work, money. I hope you’re ok, take a break if you can. You won’t stop being supported.
Everyone that watches this channel knows how much of a family you guys are, I can't imagine the pain you are all feeling right now, and i'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure nobody is going to hold it against any of you if we don't get out news updates for the next few days. Please take as much time as you need and we will all be right here waiting for you when you're ready to come back. Condolences to Abdullah's family and friends.
Loved Abdullahs insight and passion about United, especially his show with Ste. Seemed like a really nice genuine lad. Thoughts with everyone who knew him and his family
It’s okay to take some time to process things. We’ll be here when you’re ready. Much love and thank you Abdul for all the memories and wonderful contributions made to this beautiful community
It’s crazy I’ve only been folllowng you guys for a bout 1.5 years and always remember abdullah rating the nandos at paarswood ! Lovely gentleman had such a kindness to him. You have all built such a kind positive community ans we’ve lost an angel x

Jay, you have a heart of gold and this community loves you. Sending all the love from the states. Abdul was a true legend of the United faithful. His commentary and understanding of the game was second to none. I always rewatched any video he was a part of cause he just embodied football knowledge. He seemed like the best of men. May he rest now ❤
Jay stay strong brother. Not an easy thing at all losing someone so close to you. I suggest you all take some time out to process things mate. Not nice seeing you like this brother. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’oon ❤️
Met Abdullah a few times over the years at a couple of Libyan weddings in South Manchester and he was a true gentleman. A few mutual friends and they're all devastated. God rest his soul. Allah yrhamo.
Ahh Jay man, have a break. Don’t force yourself to go on camera when you’re not feeling up to it. All of you are rightly in shock, take care of yourselves, we all need you well going forward, you’re a community for all of us. Please all take care of yourselves xx
Abdullah was a genuinely lovely lad. A real tragedy for his friends and family, very sorry to hear. You chaps have handled this well - football really doesn't matter right now.

Might not know Jay personally, however, this was heartbreaking, it was like watching an uncle get emotional 😭
I thought the same. 😢
