I think it's funny that the Supreme Court is 1/3 Trump appointees, yet all the justices be like, ''that's dumb, you're dumb''
Of course, Trump was too dumb to see that he was being played. Mitch McConnell got what he wanted. The crazy Federalist Society got what it wanted. The Christian Taliban got what they wanted. Trump just wanted loyalists who'd do whatever he wanted them to do, but why would they do that once they had a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court?
Still, this would be a lot funnier if it wasn't so damaging to my country. :(
Don't count your chickens before they hatched as they say! A important future case will be coming up. That is if trump should be allowed to run for president.
In two weeks??
Just wasted tax payer money.
Because if trump wins there is no need for them because trump will turn America into Russia and there is no need for the supreme court in trump eyes
That's why they don't help him.
Wow, maybe they should have used some of that "damning evidence" they definitely had.
It's all in Hunter Biden's laptop they can't find.
They're saving that for Kraken 2: Election Redeux
Oh they do have damning evidence, unfortunately they're the ones being damned by it.
Hold up, Trump just announced that he has the evidence! He's going to bring it in one of his many cases. Not that it'll prevent him from losing. Lol
The DC trial hasn't begun, yet. There is tons of damning evidence against Donny. He has cost the US billions. I hope the Magas don't mind paying their fair share, because they will.
When the mostly republican Supreme Court tells these goobers to sit down. You know thay evidence and logic is miles away from where they're trying to take these cases. Pure pathos appeals might work in the news, but in court you need logic, evidence, and credibility. Something they seem to have forgot.
Honestly, I didn't think any of that would matter after they appointed all those judges. Color me surprised.

That should tell you that even they don't believe the sh_t neither.. All it is that Donald Trump is embarrassed cause he lost to a weak candidate in Joe Biden and he can't handle it..
That this comment was upvoted 77 times proves how unintelligent democrats are
They didn’t want to, they just knew they’d lose their jobs and be replaced with Biden appointees if they didn’t.
Gotta hand it to Trump and his supporters, they are incredibly skilled at losing.
I am NOT a Trump supporter and I still say there was a ton of fraud in the election. Sorry but when Pennsylvania reported out if all the mail in ballots requested some 41% were Republican. But yet when counted 80% counted were for Biden. You mean to tell me that 20% of the Republicans votes for Biden? ALL 100% of the independent votes went for Biden? That is statistically IMPOSSIBLE. 2 million out of 2.5 million of the mail in votes went to Biden. That is just not freaking possible without major fraud.

Poor Devin, i wonder if he knows.
And yet somehow loss after loss, humiliation after humiliation, the Q people will still claim this is "part of the plan". I know that to actually believe Qanon craziness you have to be pretty certifiable, but if nothing else you'd think eventually their attention spans would hit their limit and they'd just get bored of this.
think of it this way, the Rush Limbaughs and Steve Bannons on Q's side will simply make up a new conspiracy theory to recapture the attention of the Qanon crazies.
After Biden's certification, many of them theorized that Biden was actually on Trump's side and was planted on the White House to create a faux competitor in order to conceal his real plan of coming back in the future to finally smite the cabal of satanic cannibals and pedophiles currently ruling most of the world's government and the United Nations.
If they genuinely believe this (which millions actually do), they're not going to simply get bored and leave the cult.
But Tucker Swanson Carlson says QAnon doesn't actually exist.
He checked the dictionary or something.
The thing is, like Trump himself it was a literal 4chan joke that rose to the level of cult.
@trouty606 unfortunately, you are right and has happened before. There was a doomsday cult that was infiltrated by psycologists un 1954 i believe, that predicted the day the world would end and the few thousand ( or tens of thousands ) of people in the cult actually sold possesions, quit jobs and left wills ( that is pretty strange to do if the world ends ) but when the fated day arrive, as wel all can guess, the world did not end. They went through the cicle or "recalculating" when the end times would come again about 3 or 4 times in the course ofvthe following year, each time the prophecy failed. Now, you would think people would get fed up, but from what i remember, more that 80% of people remained in the cult and continued to believe. The psychologist actually coined the wird " cognitive dissonance " as a descriptor. I find it fascinating and terrifying. The book is called " When Prophecy Fails" by Leon Festinger
"Subscribe, or I'll see you in court... unless you're in one of these election cases in which case I won't, because it's dismissed."

Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857): While not a contemporary example, the decision in this case, which denied citizenship to African Americans and upheld the institution of slavery
Boumediene v. Bush (2008): This decision, with a liberal majority, granted habeas corpus rights to detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Critics argue that it extended constitutional protections to non-U.S. citizens who were held as enemy combatants.
National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius (2012): In this case, the Court, with a liberal majority, upheld the individual mandate of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) as a tax.
Kelo v. City of New London (2005): In this case, the Court, with a more liberal-leaning majority, upheld the government's power to use eminent domain to transfer private property to another private entity for economic development.

He thought he did, but judges actually take their jobs seriously.
On SCOTUS, writing a specious judicial rling makes you a partisan. But ruling in favor of a side with no evidence and a paper thin argument would make you a joke. Roberts might have strong political beliefs, but he tries to judge on merits, has swung SCOTUS a few times, and doesn't want his legacy to be "rubber stamped every conservative".

@@frogsinpants interesting, while I'm sure it's a bad idea to use sarcasm while under oath, how likely are you to be tried for perjury for using it. The words may be a lie, but the meaning would be the truth.
@@miltonwetherbee5489 I htink it would be very likely. sarcasm is saying one thing while meaning the opposite.
There's no 'sarcasm' button for the stenographer - so it wouldn't show up in court documents.
There would be an official written document, that you, under oath, admitted to the crime.
Plus, if sarcasm would be allowed, anyone who lies in court can post hoc claim they weren't lying but using sarcasm, and it's not their fault that nobody else picked up on it.
@@extrams0 Sadly, the "costumer should have known better" excuse has been used successfully multiple times. The one I can think of off the top of my head is Vitamin Water. "Sure we said it was healthy, but we weren't serious, and the customers should have known not to trust us".
@@extrams0 I know it wouldn't show up in the record the stenographer makes, though at least some courts record the audio of a court session digitally, and that would pick up how you said something. Furthermore, aside from lawyers and judges who would know better, sarcasm is commonly used by many people, so I suspect that it's treated the same way figures of speech are treated and lay people at least are allowed some a fair amount of grace when giving testimony or answering questions as it is part of common speech. I suspect that most of the time the lawyer or judge would ask for clarification because it's less confusing when things are plainly stated as not everyone picks up on sarcasm. Of course, it's possible for the judge to not pick up on it, or be annoyed with your and "choose" not to pick up on it such that you then are charged with perjury and would then have to defend yourself, probably pointing out that you were being sarcastic, and that sarcasm is a common way of stating your opinion. Regardless, definitely problematic, and probably best to avoid.

Actually, once SCOTUS tells you you're done, you're done. They won't be able to refile any of these claims in any lower court anywhere in any state, except that the defense in those filings would need only cite these SCOTUS decisions as case law, and the judge in the matter will dismiss the claims in favor of the defendants. Done is done.
The lawsuits are gonna be like a hydra
@@nobodyknows3180 That's what they said about Freddy Kruger.
Our elections been buried, in a pet cemetery.
And two years later, they still can’t accept that TFG lost.
Biden is such a good president best I’ve ever seen
Conspiracy theories just got fired. Damn, that is some swift retribution.
C. T., we love you, you're wonderful, you're great, but you're fired.
0:10 *"I'm sorry to say"*
No you aren't- but then again, neither is more than half of the country.
As well as the rest of the world
yep; 'half the country'. an investigation was needed for any chance to heal. now american democracy is permanently scared
@@Deimnos I've seen reason to believe that the governments of Israel, France and Russia preferred Trump; there are probably many others, but those are the ones I've noticed so far.
@@lukefrahn8538 Try being less salty and find yourself to actual evidence. It doesn't matter how many Republicans bitch about it; if they couldn't produce evidence, then I doubt some dunce on UA-cam will fare any better.
@@Tzizenorec Russia certainly, but France no. And Israel i don't know, probably some hardliners like Nettanyahu, or however his name is spelled might preffer him, because corruption recognises corruption, but most of the normal humans that actually followed events in the US have been appaled by the behaviour of trump and the republucan asshats that supported him
I always thought they were crazy but now I see they're nuts.
Oh thank God Trump's appointees decided to follow the law and not their party!
true to the movie, the kraken was immediately defeated.
Actually, Trump was not immediately defeated. Some tales of old even say that true defeat has not occurred in the Trump household.
@LegalEagle you have to fix the thumbnail on this one! it looks super blurry for some reason!
Remember the Kraken ? Turns out it was a plastic squid from the lure shop..!! 🤣 🤣 🤣
Hopefully these are the last lawsuits. Seems they are pulling these lawsuits out from their a$$es
it's our turn now. ;o
Its over no worries
One word decision in every case rejected, "nope".
Down goes Ex-#45..Down goes Ex-#45..Down goes Ex-#45!!!😮😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
"Or I'll see you in court, unless you presented one of these cases, then I won't. They were all dismissed."
They messed up and released the Krappin
Has anyone sued to stop the display of Trump dressed up as Rambo?
Seriously, that is NOT his chest.
To be fair, would you want to see a display of Trump's real chest? *Shudders*
That's definitely a case of false advertising.
Totally nuts how any military veteran looks at trump as some kind of Rambo, he did everything he could to avoid Vietnam.
Darn it. How I supposed to rationalize my unfounded beliefs now?
Now you’re wrapping these up, could you please put all the videos about the matter in a playlist?
But what about March 4, when trump will return in glory in a fiery chariot, descend from heaven on a golden escalator, and be inaugurated by the Q messiah as the 19th President of the USA? This is known as the day of the bongoheads.
Did they specified that the forseen event was going to happen in a fairy tale, or just a cheap hacked "movie"?
Welcome to the Trump Cult, or does it have enough members to be called a religion now?
@@deathpoison1018 The only difference between a religion and a cult is mainstream acceptance.
Don't forget Lin Wood being on the receiving end of impending disciplinary action from the Bar. Apparently he was ordered to take a psychiatric evaluation as a condition to renewing his law license?
And refused
This will change exactly zero minds
3 years later and Trump is losing his ass in court.
It's GLORIOUS.
Video was uploaded in 2021 bro.
0:06 - "I'm sorry to say those hopes are completely dashed at this point."
Be honest, are you REALLY sorry that those people's hopes have been dashed?
