Saw it yesterday in the adelphi Theater in Londons West end and it was Amazing. It was a blast since the started two years ago and the vfx are insane like the Songs
Unfortunately it won't. Not for a long time anyway. It obviously would put people off seeing it in the theatre if everyone could watch it on DVD, so it just doesn't happen. This has been out in London 2 years now and I've been lucky enough to have seen it twice so far. It is absolutely incredible. Musical theatre, great acting and homage to the film and ALOT of tech!! If you get a chance go see it in person you most definitely will not be disappointed!
@@DrasticFox2004 yeah I'm not a big musical officionado, but I have heard this from murmurings here in London. All the while the musical is filling the theatre, they can't justify showing the world. In London it is showing no signs of slowing, I was in 2 nights ago, second row dead centre and it was another full house, this musical is off the chart and I say that as a huge BTTF film fan, not necessarily a musical fan. Hugh Coles who plays George on Broadway is amazing, he was in London 2 years, same with Roger as Doc, unbelievable. Fans are going to love this show. I think it would be hard to take it on the road, the set changes and tech are so complicated I think the location needs to remain static.
I just saw the movie and I thought it was great, Michael J. Fox and the rest of the cast were amazing in the film. I hope to eventually see the musical someday.
Starting in the summer of 2024, the show is starting a North American tour. The first four locations are listed on their website. so yes, it will be touring.
