In today's lesson, I'll teach you how to use "be supposed to."
It's important to compare this phrase with other similar words/phrases to really understand the difference.
What's the difference between:
I should go.
I must go.
I am supposed to go.
I am supposed to be going.
I am supposed to have gone.
I am going to go.

In most videos of different authors I usually have to switch from the author's "hand-made" subtitles to auto-generated subs from UA-cam even if they are not always correct. Because "hand-made" subs almost never stay a millisecond longer after a phrase is finished, and you always have to pause the video if you want to check what is being said. Unfortunately this video is not an exception. Instead, auto-generated subtitles are word-for-word captions that stay for some time after the words are said.
