@@Pascal_Robert--Rc_Creations I actually ran a belt drive on my rc snowmobile with semi direct snow contact. I never made the side panel fit so in deeper snow it would be right up in the belt. I have the skidoo rev I got it when I was younger but it is currently sitting torn apart because I hopefully will be allowed to get a conversation kit for it
Pascal - is funny that I have seen more of those super big Skidoo’s. I have one New here. I was hoping for a conversion kit but you said in your video not worth for 10 people... it is an old sled but some are around still. Converting mine to brushless but expect low reliability on the transmission.
I'm building that 2007 SkiDoo Rev 800 by interactive toys right now. I emailed you I was wondering if you sold the complete kit to make mine hobby grade. They're sweet! Awesome collection by the way!
Castle creation has a lot of awesome products, Depending on your budget I would either go for a 1/10 SCT combo, or a mamba X esc and 1410 motor. There is also a lot of good brands but these would be my 2 picks.
That's a nice collection. Not to rain on your parade, but you're also missing a swedish-made Atomic 2000 sled from 2000-ish. Other than that you've caught almost all of em👏
ur Alpha is looking sweet!!! im making mine look mostly like an alpha because im using a straight tunnel while you have the rear bend like the real chassis... I guess you can say my sled is more like the "Blast," Mountain Cat, chassis from Arctic Cat. I recently designed a new rear skid more accurate with both shocks off to the right side of the sled. *When do u think your official ALPHA video will come out???*
I have a whole Polaris all tore apart already if you want it. I wanted to make something fun out of it, watched your kits/parts but never devoted anymore time. I also have a whole still working Yamaha. In years past I have wrote Traxxas and others to make a snowmobile, so been paying attention to your videos for years.
I do remember seeing your previous messages! it's nice of you to stick around, it's very appreciated! Thanks for the offer, but i already have too many. You could list it for sale, i'm sure someone would be very happy to be getting that!
@@Pascal_Robert--Rc_Creations well you were talking about scavenging one of your complete ones. You can have this one. It would be good to see it go to good use. Pease make a Axys Pro and ill be a buyer when you offer a compete kit, even if its a SkiDoo. I have a long rc history.
Pascal thanks for everything! Ive been into all RC since '78, except these. I just bought my first one a Polaris Pro R 800 dead mint no radio. Can you please suggest upgrades like motor, pinions, esc, parts?
I suggest you have a look at the rush to rmk serie. It will give you a few ideas on what to do! For motors and esc, any system brushless 1/10 works well, but i like castle creations stuff. I also like the hobbywing g3 v10 motor 10.5t. Super light and plenty of power
@@Pascal_Robert--Rc_Creations Thanks for the super fast response and help Pascal. I get it my Polaris today! How can a noob tell the difference between the older, better Ski-doo and newer ski-doo? I have a feeling Ill want one of those soon.

Problem is they raise the center of gravity alot and then it's always on its side since it doesnt shift its weight like a real rider. Any kind of speed turn is impossible with the stock rider on top.
