VeryCleaverName wow. You are seriously impressive. My boyfriend is a lot like you. He refuses to pay someone to do something he can do himself. And with labor being costly and for good reason it’s definitely beneficial to do ourselves when and if possible . Not only is it hard hard work but if you ask me it takes talent, patience, and a good head to be able to accomplish these things most people will pay people to do for them because they can’t, some just don’t have the time, or talent but some are just lazy. As I said first this is hard hard work. But if you want something done right and you want it to last and be good quality the only way to guarantee that is doing myself these days. We just rebuilt my she shed that got destroyed by a falling tree during a storm. And honestly I’m happy it did. I love my shed. We even added a gorgeous patio to it which was never there before. Yes it took awhile to complete the project but only because we could only work on it when at home and we also work during the day at our real jobs. So was limited but thanks to quarantine my shed is complete. And better than ever. And Now I’ve got it in my head that my boyfriend and I can build anything together. So I’ve got a pretty lengthy list for home projects and I’ve become very ambitious. Oh my god. Okay I’ve been ranting sorry. Point is since we finished Ive really been thinking about how great tiny home living can be. Hell and when building myself I can make it doable and keep cost down enough to make myself a tiny home for moms to escape to. Then I started thinking about the Tiny Home movement going on and I don’t think this is just a trend. Tiny homes are here to stay. I would absolutely love to build a tiny home community for families that struggle. Everyone should be able to have a home or something that they can call theirs. And Tiny homes can be very doable even for a family with the right layout and storage. The world has become so accustomed to everything being bigger better larger and because of that you’ve gone too far. And there are to many children in this world that don’t have a home at all which should never ever be the case. And we the people have the ability to change that and to help each other. My hope is for the community to work as one. It takes a Village to raise a child. Just one child needs a village to raise it, yet we don’t have any fucking villages for them. (Sorry I get passionate about this). But we can change that. We as in the people that do instead of pay to get done. We the people could build these communities and we could do so in a way to support our own families. Because when we help each other we are really just helping ourselves. Tiny Homes are just what the world needs. And more than any the world needs tiny home communities.
Nice van and much cheaper than a bus. We've been looking at the Phoenix Cruiser 2100. Nearing retirement and travel is open for us. I like how he presented this van and all the options. The wonder has many more features than the Crossfit.
As far as fitting in a parking spot and ability to be off the grid for long periods of time, see if you can test out the Winnebago Travato 59GL. You may want to see if the spacing is to your liking.
Thank you! I enjoyed the detailed presentation and monotone voice to clearly hear what you said, no “uhmms” or unnecessary replication of words. Only thing I noticed is you could’ve mentioned height of bedroom floor to roof or give your height for scale.
If you are traveling I-10, need an RV park, do not forget to come to I-10 RV Park in Fort Stockton, Texas. We have a great rate with new electrical boxes.
Looks ok, but you never provide a shot that gives one an overall feel for the space. Everything is focused on a niche. I would have to go take a look at this to get a real sense of it.
I think it's normal height for a small rv, bcus I've seen him do other rv videos showing that he's 5"11 and he wears thicker soles, that's about 2". So, considering his height with shoes, it's 6'6"-6'8" in the main walk through area.
Amazing review- however if people didnt pay the outrageous prices on these RVs they would be forced to lower the cost to something more reasonable. 120K for base model and fully loaded- just under 830K- thats outrageous and totally unreasonable. People could buy an amazing house for that price.
Well davey, 130 is pretty much a price point these days. Any class b or c with level of fit and finish will be in the 150k price range. I am still using my 28 foot autumn ridge that I bought for 20k a few years back. That unit is pretty spartan compared to later models but does the job. The down side of my trailer is that I spent 50k on a truck that tows it and I suffer poor gas mileage back and forth to work. I wish nice things were more affordable. I would like a new class c, however vacation properties are probably a better value.
too cool... we live aboard our sailboat preparing to sail around the world. RVs and Vans have a lot in common with sailboat life! Cheers from the Channel Islands!
Wow, that's what you call an RV to live in. Big but small enough to be able to drive around. I love the compartment at the back. I would personally put the bed length wise to have more room for lounging and gaming setup with a drop down screen for a projector.
My partner drives a 24 foot Sprinter as his work vehicle and we routinely use it for other purposes. We have never had any difficulty parking it. You simply have to adjust your thinking and look for spots out of the 'traffic lane' in parking lots and choose spots that aren't as popular to other people. Sure, you may have a longer walk to wherever you are going but it isn't a big deal. I admit I was concerned about the slight overhang out of the parking spot but when you look around and see how badly people park in regular sized vehicles, you lose that concern quickly. We have also had no difficulties at gas stations, rural roads or performing three point turns when the rural road turns out to be a dead end :) Don't let the length deter you from going for a longer van. It's all in the skill of the driver and the use of planning/thinking ahead skills that we all possess.
Everyone who keeps commenting on the house vs RV debate can you please read between the lines. You can sit in your backyard and look at the same tree everyday...or you can get out and see the world. Get it ? These vehicles serve a specific purpose for those of us who can financially fit this into our portfolio. Excellent video ☺️.
Those style of class c units are just way overpriced. You cannot convince me there is $130,000 worth of materials and work put into that thing. The RV manufacturers are really putting the fool on people.
I tend to believe that if you're going to give up on the comforts of a larger rig then get something that will allow you to park anywhere. I recall the video where Joe's mom took you to the beach due to parking restrictions in CA. That is a real pain especially considering you probably won't have a toad. Maybe consider a van short enough in height and length to fit in Santa Barbara with a pop top on it.
Knut Blaise , NO, they ran into LENGTH,HEIGHT, & WIFTH RESTRICTIONS, even a FORD EXPEDITION would run afoul, on width., one of their vids had a sign on the end, read it, blows your socks off. Cheers from NzJ
I remember like 3 years ago when you two were complete Newbies now you too are Experts! Can you two do a video on top 5 or 10 expectations vs. reality.
Wow this is one cm of the better Class C camper van that I have seen it has all th minimal necessities that you would need after all going tiny is s minimal life it’s not about the material things it’s about living snd getting the joys snd happiness in life thank you for sharing
First, you two make a great video. Seriously, I point people to you as an example of how to shoot and edit videos. Second, that camper is amazingly well thought-out. They are doing a great job utilizing space in very creative ways. The price seems really reasonable too. My only concerns are the parking, and the bed area not being comfortable enough for someone over 6'. Pretty great layout though!
I like all the convenience do-dads they have on that rig, but I just sold off a Class C I had that was about that size because it was too big to go to all the places I wanted to visit. I am currently in the process of converting a GMC extended (20'4" long) one ton van into my "ideal" camper. Added a 24" high top from Fiberine so that I have headroom and for one person there is plenty of room inside. I get 14-17 MPG driving at freeway speeds, so it is way more economical than my old RV.
I love my Winny Itasca it’s about the same size maybe a foot longer with a slide wall that makes it nice when you want the extra space! I bought it New in 2015 for about 83k it is awesome... My wife and I have used it more than the A class and our first B class! No need to haul another vehicle! We go to Pigeon Forge usually 2x a year and generally don’t have problems parking!
I love Leisure Travel’s Wonder units, but they really need to get up with the times. Put a Volta battery in (there’s plenty of space), hook it up to underhood generator (I.e. secondary alternator), get rid of propane altogether or leave it only for heater and please, replace that 3 way refrigerator with modern compressor-driven fridge. Running generator every time you need to boil water is RIDICULOUS.
Why do you need to run the generator to boil water? This is incorrect. The stove is propane. The generator is a backup if you are boon docking and do not have electrical for an extended period. Even then, you can option up to 400 Watts of solar on the roof and the Wonder comes with 2 X 6 volt batteries for over 200 AH of battery power and there is a lithium upgrade option available. All the whining here about the price etc is comical. They are expensive luxury toys for the few who can afford them. There are plenty of cheaper options. if you look at what these units offer in terms of amenities and fit and finish they are spectacular. Oh, and by the way, they have a 12 to 18 month waiting list due to demand.
The best way to keep the shade from “flapping around” is to have the internal shades, like is in the skylight, on all of the windows. That is perfect example of the manufacturer cutting corners to increase their already exorbitant profit margins.
Really liked this video! Well thought out van space. Would like a separate door for bedroom in case there's more than 2 people in the van. I also didn't understand the 2 toilets...I'm new to van/RV shopping. I must say the tires looked really tiny for the size of the van...🤔
Wow I really really like this RV as far as I'm concerned it's perfect. The one I've been looking at us the Thor Vegas with the twin beds. You've given me something to really think about thank you
After looking at many class A,B, B+, C motorhomes and vans I have come to the conclusion that smaller is now the bigger price tag relatively speaking. Many young people, as well as young at heart, want something smaller, off the grid-capable, manueverable, lots of solar panels, Li batteries etc. Those things, when crunched into a compact Ford or Mercedes Sprinter chassis for instance, ramps up the price to some low end Class A's or more. Class B+ or small class C's as here, have become increasingly desirable as a go-between size. Prices for these are also high relative to the cost per sq ft of a class A. Essentially you are paying a premium for better city maneuverability, better gas mileage, more remote campsite accessibility, less maintenance costs, European design/cabinets, and some higher tech stuff. To each their own. The pandemic has spurred more recent interest IMO for smaller motorhomes and vans.
I plan on rving full time in about 10 years (got some time to go, lol).. This is perfectly thought out for me. Especially the bathroom bedroom entrance and hanging closet space under the bed, never would have thought of that. Only thing is the bedroom not being tall enough. Hope they correct that in future models. At least a foot higher would be good.
Who knew refrigerators could be so versatile? This is very informative for the beginner as myself, I'm learning some important things here dude, Thanks
I think this unit suits you guys. Not as big as your old A Class and just a little bigger than the Hymer. With the right layout this could be the one 👍🏻😄 Trev 🇬🇧
They should give you a job!! Your presentation skills are excellent. Slow and steady speech…stopping occasionally. And you did not act like a clown with all the excitement that some do when giving a tour. THANK YOU! I love the Wonder too!
I loved the video and the gentleman that gave the presentation was top notch. Like other comments I read is that the price is a bit high. I went to a recent Jan 2021 RV show and found Class A's that were cheaper, but they didn't get near the fuel mileage as this Ford Transit conversion. This is a big concern with fuel prices going up. We will definitely look into this model and hope we can "negotiate" a better price than the MSRP.
Wow💥 a lot of design thought went into this. Utilization of space, electronics-electricity, window treatments - slidins inhandels, solar. Nice. Price prohibits purchase. 07-09-19

Excellent presentation, calm, fully covered all features, and very easy to understand
I hope Dean appreciates all the cool videos of this unit. With each one I learn a little more.
So happy to find you on UA-cam again. I used to follow you quite a bit > then lost you.
I loved the presentation and demonstration. It was uncomplicated, easy to follow, and focused on convenience which is a plus! Great job!
I would totally live in that
I like all the convenience do-dads they have on that rig, but I just sold off a Class C I had that was about that size because it was too big to go to all the places I wanted to visit.
Yes new stuf ber at everything kbg then okd schol stuff
I did enjoy the video was amazing 🥰❤️👍
The Class C RV is beautiful. It looks like a house! Loved the walk through. Well done ! Just got a the Russos T-SHIRT 😁
Very welcome, glad you enjoyed the video and rock the shirt!
This one seems Perfect for you two!!!
My Favorite is still the Unity FX.
Impressive. This model has really great features.
I can live here this model fits me
Yes yiu xan
Great presentation but my eyes kept being drawn to your tee shirt and how the wheels are placed on your chest haha!
Agreed!
Survtech / the generator is used to run the A/C to cool the van after heating up the van by running the stove. And around and around we go. 😲
A beautiful woman with a beautiful smile I wish you the best this year how is the weather over there right now
Wow I really really like this RV as far as I'm concerned it's perfect. The one I've been looking at us the Thor Vegas with the twin beds. You've given me something to really think about thank you
So if I leave that table out of the back garage.. it looks like my Harley will fit in there perfect. Thanks for showing.
Is there head room for a 6'7 individual
This is a wonder. Great features.
I didn't really care about the space...🌺🌻🌸I just really like this guy! 😉😇🙌He did a good job showing the features.
@Stay Safe But he's got "very big feet" which makes his wife happy! ;-)
Heelo
Ditto! Great Thanks for your show.
I took a snapshot of this comment.
The placement of the wheels on his shirt. Can't unsee lol
I am SO glad someone else said it first.
Hello beautiful woman with a beautiful smile I wish you the best this year how is the weather over there right now
One of my very favorite models!
This is very informative for the beginner as myself, I'm learning some important things here dude,
Thanks
I'm thinking of buying one now, you convinced me a lot.
Yeah, That Was Outstanding To C That Unit👍
Great video. I like the Wonder Front Twin Bed version. It makes it look like a front living room if you invite other RVers over to hangout.
I'm happy with this, this is a good idea for myself. Thank you for showing this Van, now I know what to look for 😀
Space well used best I’ve seen
I think this unit suits you guys. Not as big as your old A Class and just a little bigger than the Hymer. With the right layout this could be the one 👍🏻😄 Trev 🇬🇧
Thank Trev! It's certainly something we are considering.
They should give you a job!!
Your presentation skills are excellent. Slow and steady speech…stopping occasionally. And you did not act like a clown with all the excitement that some do when giving a tour. THANK YOU!
I love the Wonder too!
Beautiful house with my favourite car brand Ford
Awesome. What a way 2 live. Wonderful.
Wow.. your van looks so comfy.
Very nice looking inside and out. Seems to have made good use of the interior space with some quality materials. Also liking that gas mileage.
Really great looking RV from the outside!!!
I'd use the word, ungainly. . . . . looks like it would get stuck entering a gas station. And at 15 mpg there will be a lot of gas stations to enter.
ok im sorry but this man could literally be the narrator of a animal life movie and i mean this as a compliment
It's got some really good features, and the separate toilet/shower bathroom is a big plus...if you haven't considered it yet I think you should...!!!
Well, after that fantastic presentation, he should get a discount if they decide to buy one! Very professional😉
Thanks!
2:16 Humble bragging about his very big feet which makes her very happy. LOL
Gross lol
There's also a rear lounge version with a fold down murphy bed, which makes the rear a separate living space.
Really nice comprehensive review. Thanks!
Good point having a light 💡 as a back for when you come into the camper. ...! Good idea 💡
I love this soooo much 😭😭 whoever built this needs to help me
I loved the video and the gentleman that gave the presentation was top notch.

Great video; thanks for posting.
Cool! Really nice, especially when you only need this size for just two people. Like that the shower is separate from the toilet room.
