It's easier for instate students to get into NCAT. NCAT only take a certain percentage of out of state students.

NCAT ONLY ACCEPT 18% OUT OF STATE STUDENTS IN THEIR FRESHMAN CLASS!!! ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS ARE HIGHER THAN IN STATE STUDENTS!!!! THANK GOD MY SON WAS ACCEPTED. BUT HE WANTED TO GO MOREHOUSE COLLEGE.

Spelman is listed as the #1 Black College, but Howard is the #1 Black University. A University is much more robust than a College. Google US News HBCUs.

@@dorisa3665 Universities are more robust. Universities have multiple colleges or schools within itself. That's one way you know. Colleges only offer up to a Bachelor's degree. Universities offers Bachelor's, Doctorate, and Master's degrees.
