* Knighted by a fake king who doesn’t have the power to knight others* Brain: You know it’s not real right? Me: Your royal highness I will protect you at all cost, life or death your majesty, God bless your soul and God save you!!!
When I wasa kid I was there...it's a great place. You should go there..honey. Hey, it would've been cool if we could get together and go but Covid 19 ruined everything. Later
Lol i remember when i went on my birthday when i was younger my father had plastic fork and knife he snuck in so he didn’t eat with his fingers and got caught. They sent him to their dungeon lol
The actors have a basic course in HEMA (historical European martial arts) which has turned into a bit of a sport nowadays, just so they shape their bodies correctly even if they don't mock-fight. But the fairy tale stuff should be expected, that's what most people know.
Evera Outta Yeah but they changed it up to be very showy. They open up a lot (wide swings) to make sure the audience from all sides can see what they’re doing.
Reminds me of my favorite quote from the Cable guy: “There were no utensils, but there was Pepsi?” “ Dude, I’ve got a lot of tables.” You guys rock, glad to see you had fun.
Looks like a cheesy good time! The horses are so beautiful! 12 year old me would have loved seeing them. Who am I kidding, 32 year old me also loved it!
Omg 😍 u went there too. They cooked the chicken like it was easy to eat through it. Very delicious foods, I love the ladies used to have a crush on the one that served me, loved the way they served us. Lo But since your here...I hope your not mad haha 😏🤣😂 yes boo...you got my attention...with the field trip. Brings back memories.
Went to this as a little kid, I still have very vivid and happy memories of when I took a little wooden sword I had to the knights and they all signed it. I thought it was the coolest thing ever that I would ever do in my life. But now I know I can do actual jousting as a contact sport and oh boy that’ll be fun!
Fun fact: the first and only time I went to medieval times I was with my Girl Scout Troop, and my best friend dared me to yell “VIOLENCE ISN’T THE ANSWER!!” So when I went to yell it, of course it got completely silent and it echoed and so many people started laughing 😂
Lmao when I went to Medieval Times, our knight (the Blue Knight) lost in the final battle against the Red/Black Knight. My friend literally yelled out “STEROIDS, STEROIDS!!” over and over again. Super embarrassing 😂😂
Wat Dat let’s be honest here, everyone lies on the internet, and if they don’t there are always the guys who thinks that they are sooooo smart and just says that they are lying even when it’s believable and doesn’t rlly know if their lying... hmm... oh yeah that douce bag sounds like you!
Loved Medieval Times when we were there in 2014! As a Canadian tourist though, it was a bit weird trying to get out after a show and calling a cab; there wasn't anything else open and we had to call two different cab companies before a third different guy saw us and just stopped to check on us (Now that Uber/Lyft are more a thing I can't imagine it's as bad). BUT THAT BARD GUY!! He is the best! He was so much fun when I took a picture with him.
Am I the only nerd who noticed the Heroes Shield from Zelda on the wall at like 1:45? My kid just went through the roof. He now wants to go to Medieval Times.
Yeah the building for pirates is destroyed from the hurricane unfortunately so it’s up in the air when they will return. But there show I loved so much more than medieval times even the adult show they had I loved !!
Cyndia Romulus just note that real medevil knights during duals were pretty grosume including real battles the fighting is not even accurate knights would slash and stab neck hands arms and other vital spots not hack their to each other’s sword
I remember my first time during a trip to Washington DC, our knight (red and black) lost and we ended up cheering for the yellow and black knight. Awesome experience; would go again
My son is an actor there and LOVES it. And despite a recent strike, they actually are really good to the employees, and those horses are treated like royalty!
I went here a few years ago! It was so amazing! It was loud, exciting, and the food was good! I got the black and yellow knight! He gave my little sister his handkerchief thing. It was awesome and i cant wait to go again.
I went to Medieval times, and my sister was saying "GO RED KNIGHT AND HIS TEAM!" While Red knight waved, Black and white knight said " Yeah! ", and yellow knight nodded
Stacy Click realistic the knights didn’t even try to kill each other real life tournaments in medieval times were fighting to the death of a knight is challenged also realisticly knights would use blunt heavy weapons like axes and war hammer when dealing opponents with armour they smash the head or hip or stomach to name or kill when knights use swords they hit vital areas where they hit the head neck arms and hands and stab at arteries and neck depending if the opponent is wearing armour or not one fights or battles were grosume
I'm glad you guys had a great experience. I love medieval and fantasy stuff so this looks straight up my alley, plus those knights were super cool especially the Red Knight!
I love Medieval Times I always sit in my Lord The Red and Yellow Knights section at the Chicago castle. I always scream my lungs out for him cheering him on lol. Last time I went I sat in the second row and got a flower and Queen of The Tournament sash from my knight it was awesome. It’s cool that your Red Knight won my Red and Yellow Knight has never won when I was in attendance. Also on a side note your Knight looks like what I imagine Howie D of The Backstreet Boys would look like if he was a Knight.
I went to Medieval Times for my Birthday this summer and it was awesome!!!! We were in the Black & White section. But can I just say how good that corn was!?!?!?! IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!! ^_^ Glad you guys got to make it and have so much fun!
Just went to medieval times yesterday. But I went to the one near my house in Schaumburg. We got black and white and sat on the very top row, we also got to meet the falconer with his falcon.
i hope you two can join us tomorrow for my field trip to medieval time but thank you for showing me what it will look like and how exciting it will be.
very different from what I remember from my childhood. cool that your knight won. the one in Buena park some of the employees of medieval times come and eat at the restaurant I work in.
REMEMBER TIM AND JENN . Once a King , Always a King . But Once a Knight is Enough ...HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! ...Growing up I marched in the Knight Raiders drum & Bugle Corps out of Santa Clara , CA . That was our Saying for the Corps .

Cool :) The biggest part of my ancestry is actually Norwegian, because my grandpa was 100% so I'm 1/4, but really I don't know what all's in me. Funnily enough, my mom's maiden name, Flatland, is also a region in Norway. Also, my family has a long and illustrious tradition of names that are also proper English words and ridiculously farm sounding--Hat, Field, Flat, Land... we would love for you two to come back !!! you two are one of my favorites & i recently just started working there & would love a chance to meet you & take a picture with you 💓

Brain: You know it’s not real right?
Me: Your royal highness I will protect you at all cost, life or death your majesty, God bless your soul and God save you!!!
In our hearts, it's ALL real
My air head self thought that king was real my life is a lie😂
like a good brainwashed little sheep. make sure you put your mask on!

😂😂😂
I didn't realize that there were thousands of knights running around Florida, that king was knighting people willy nilly all over the place!
EmeraldCityRiz They are still missing the best knight of all..... Micheal Knight.
The Dude touché salesman.... but I will raise you a Suge Knight and a Gladys Knight!!! Good day to you sir!
Avery Lopez-Baines. We are doomed.
We got one in Chicago too!
@Dawson Ezekiel quite dishonorable, you are not a very knightly sir...
I went there in 1990 after high school graduation, glad its still going strong.
Those were the days, good times
Not really if you go now there is like 10-15 in the audience and the food is just bland chicken which is not worth it
Went last year, freaking amazing.
that one hispanic thou hadt lied, thee attendance was full and thy chicken ist above thee highest expectations.
That looked amazing! I've always loved how dedicated medieval actors were to their roles.
When I wasa kid I was there...it's a great place. You should go there..honey. Hey, it would've been cool if we could get together and go but Covid 19 ruined everything. Later
They're not acting it's real, duh
Lol i remember when i went on my birthday when i was younger my father had plastic fork and knife he snuck in so he didn’t eat with his fingers and got caught. They sent him to their dungeon lol
Is your father still in the dungeon?
Haha, I always think of The Cable Guy when I see Medieval Times!
You're going down Red Knight!!! Going down down down!! Red Knight going down!!! Down down down!! Red Knight goingvdown!!!
There were no utensils in medieval times, hence there are no utensils at Medieval Times. Would you like a refill on that Pepsi?
Me too - man I love that movie, I need to watch it again.
Smite Him!
dun dun dun dun dun dun dun DUN DUN DUN DUN BBRRRRRRRRAAAAH BBRRRRRRRRAAAAH
I want to go to this now...I dont care if its historically inaccurate, it looks fun.

Definitely a magical evening!
We've been many times.
@@Alena1960atLive Avoid the soup because its disgusting.
@@jumpers500 honestly, I enjoy the soup. So much so, I even trade my son for his.

Looks like a cheesy good time! The horses are so beautiful! 12 year old me would have loved seeing them. Who am I kidding, 32 year old me also loved it!
We LOVED Medieval Times!!!! It was such an amazing night. Hubby got knighted, and our winning knight threw me the rose!!!! Such fun.... TFS!!!
Medieval Times is the best! My favorite field trip when I was in middle school :)

Nice

Yes! 😂
Good one!
Fun fact: the first and only time I went to medieval times I was with my Girl Scout Troop, and my best friend dared me to yell “VIOLENCE ISN’T THE ANSWER!!” So when I went to yell it, of course it got completely silent and it echoed and so many people started laughing 😂
Hehe! That is a fun story!
Why would you go on the internet just to lie?
Lmao when I went to Medieval Times, our knight (the Blue Knight) lost in the final battle against the Red/Black Knight. My friend literally yelled out “STEROIDS, STEROIDS!!” over and over again. Super embarrassing 😂😂

I definitely noticed! :)
*The Hylian Shield
I saw the master sword when I went there
*i bought the blue shield and sword*
I LOVE Medieval Times. It's so much fun.
I've been here before and I would definitely recommend
You should try the Pirate dinner adventure in Orlando, it's like this but pirates.
The sleuths one is good too!
Unfortunately, I heard that place is closed after damages from Hurricane Irma
Yeah the building for pirates is destroyed from the hurricane unfortunately so it’s up in the air when they will return. But there show I loved so much more than medieval times even the adult show they had I loved !!
its not really as good cause in the past it was like this not really with pirates though
Arbian Nights was also a great horse show in Orlando but it shut down a few years ago
I’m always amazed when a horse kneels down/bows. It’s so cool to me.
I love Medievil times! But my Knight didn't win...It was still great. They also had vegetarian options that I didn't expect!
sucks to see they now have nets blocking the view of the knights battle. damn.
Same
Cyndia Romulus just note that real medevil knights during duals were pretty grosume including real battles the fighting is not even accurate knights would slash and stab neck hands arms and other vital spots not hack their to each other’s sword
I remember my first time during a trip to Washington DC, our knight (red and black) lost and we ended up cheering for the yellow and black knight. Awesome experience; would go again
Radman Pedram yes cause they're gonna have the knights kill each other.
My son is an actor there and LOVES it. And despite a recent strike, they actually are really good to the employees, and those horses are treated like royalty!
Dilly, dilly! That was fun. Tim, I loved how you were really pulled into the action.
I went here a few years ago! It was so amazing! It was loud, exciting, and the food was good! I got the black and yellow knight! He gave my little sister his handkerchief thing. It was awesome and i cant wait to go again.
This reminds me of being there 10 years ago when we moved to Florida, went there for my dads birthday. It is a fun place to go to eat...
That was soo very cool. I love medieval things like that.
I went to Medieval times, and my sister was saying "GO RED KNIGHT AND HIS TEAM!" While Red knight waved, Black and white knight said " Yeah! ", and yellow knight nodded
Good morning . Thanks for this tip . I wish for you a magical day

Used to go to this place when we would take our trips to Florida, definitely brings back memories
What an entertaining video! That looked so much more realistic than I expected! I always love your commentary Tim!
Stacy Click I was meant to say knights would mame or kill their opponents once challenged
Thank you for sharing this. Sweet
Always wondered what these shows were like. Never could decide if they were worth it. Thanks to your video, now we'll be eager to see one.
Medieval Times is so much fun! I went to the one in Chicago. Glad you guys had a good time.

Went there back in the mid ‘90’s! Great fun. Boy, was a lot cheaper then!
I went there on a school field trip when I was in Elementary School. It was awesome. My grandma came.
When me and my family went we had a chant to taunt the yellow knight and we got a funny reaction out of it from him. What a great time.
Sabre Scene what was his reaction?
Ace_ 7593 just a dirty look.
Sabre Scene lol
Great job capturing the magic!
So much fun! Thank you for taking us!

I've always wanted to go to this! Cool video!
I went here when I was really little and I really want to go again!
Those murals on the wall are from the bayeux tapestry.
