We got like 401 handmade rivers in United States but Africa is a coverage of only like 233 rivers the entire continent. The river proportions support roughly as roughest 6.656M people. There's not a continent on Earth that does that ratio. You would have to add more rivers to get the support and life returned. Years of lecturing how you need ready waters. First place a river then a dam then a filter working on side or built into the dam and then pipes running from the dam and or filter as they'd be conjoined. Talk it amongst your governments but all the rivers on Earth our handmade. Give home four so how many on trough line phone pony. Playing with words.
I'll reply to my own side note if this is about the Asians we have thousands of handmade rivers in Asia actually China has the most land to river ratio is why it's population is high has over 1,100/1100 rivers. That'd be a ratio near 1.363M people per river. Take care of your own you're really human so your actual color is no more them then they are you so red pink pastel got worded sensitively here on Earth wash with caution.
