Thank you so much for the kind words. I never would have considered selling what I make if it hadn't been for your viewers expressing interest in them. I really love that while you were building TPF!, you also built a community of viewers who feel like friends to me now. I will miss you greatly while you're gone, but will also continue to look for you at SDC every time I go. You've been going at it hard and heavy for several months now, that's gotta take a toll, so it's no wonder you need a vaca from it. Hopefully you'll get refreshed and recharged and come back to it in some form, anything would be great. I've watched John walk across a parking lot, I'd probably watch him mow the yard. Take care of yourselves and I'll keep an eye out for your return when you're ready. Thanks for everything, it's been great.

I’ve been watching your videos on and off for about a year and a half. I’ve really enjoyed all the videos I’ve watched. This space will be a little less joyful without your regular presence, but I understand. You have to be faithful and obedient with what God is leading. I was afraid you guys were pulling away from youtube. I'm going to miss your videos and especially the livestreams from SCD. You guys were the reason we took our first cruise recently. I had to make that decision in 2019 and early 2020. I had 2 business and other things at church and VFW post. I heard God telling me to slow down. I no longer have my businesses, I turned down being VFW post Commander., and backed away from doing Church Security. Since then I have had physical issues. But mentally and our Marriage Is Awesome
Yes I do love these videos!....very helpful and making up our minds on where we are going to and if to go what area is the best.....plus for my wife who is partly handy packed....she looks and says what would work best for her before we order.....so yes please start back up when you and GOD are ready!

It is amazing how things changed from a celebration of 10,000 subscribers and more exciting plans for the channel to this idea of breaking away entirely. Happy Anniversary, you two! We celebrated our 8th anniversary on Tuesday with dinner at the fish house at the landing and the Peterson's! Your channel has been a go-to for me when looking for things to do in Branson. We relocated to the city of Ozark just last year from another state, let's just say the west coast. Your videos are great and I love how you are very informal and not trying to be super commercial. May God bless whatever you do, I'm sure it will be great!

A word of encouragement: your travel videos really provide a fun escape for those of us unable to get out. My mom was fighting aggressive cancer over the past two years and I was home taking care of her. I really couldn’t go anywhere because of her need for care. You made her and I smile during some of the darkest times. We had a trip to Branson planned this thanksgiving, just to be on the lake and enjoy some time away. Unfortunately, she passed last Sunday.
We are still planning on coming down for Thanksgiving. Just know that you are loved by our entire family and share some special memories. God’s calling isn’t mysterious: love Him and love each other. Take care.

I love my honey. To answer your question of what I would like to see on your channel. I love watching the places you go outside of Branson. I hear Exactly what you are saying! I had to have Major Surgery earlier this year, so I had to take a Break from my Channel as Well! It took me a while to come to Terms with it, but I didn’t have a Choice. But I understand what you mean about the Grieving Process for the Channel. Plus I had to rearrange my Priorities too, so I completely Understand. We still Love You Guys and I am SO HAPPY I got to meet you Both at SDC last year with Griswold Family Vacay!! I just found your channel last week and subscribed. We found SDC last summer and loved it so much we’re going back next month. Your SDC videos have been helpful for new tips and things to do there. We especially love Amy’s input on gluten-free food because our daughter has Celiac and it’s nice to see what places Amy eats at SDC and Branson. If/when you guys come back, it would be nice if there was more gluten-free emphasis in the videos where you guys eat. You have no idea how helpful that is for those with Celiac. We love your channel. We are from Michigan and stumbled across your videos when looking into Branson. We loved what we saw and planned a long trip to explore the area. We fell in love with Silver Dollar City also, and now make two 12 hour drives each year to enjoy the places you recommended. My 92 year old mother that I used to travel with passed last year, so now we have a new favorite place to visit that brings joy into our lives and fills the void. You have made a difference in our lives so thank you so much. We love all of your videos and have learned about places we never knew existed. Now I need to plan a day for hunting for diamonds into our next trip!
