Cool video. It's actually helping me figure out how to model a trailer in Blender. I have dimension values and material names for things in spec sheets...but where they go and what they sorta look like when places...no clue. This helped a lot...even if not really the intended viewer. Great job!
Why did you put legs on outside of wing plates? I've done this job many times I always put back like it came from factory. I prefer to weld the k bar brackets to front of legs. Love the stool what make is that one. Only asking to learn as I've been working on trailers for half as long as you. Awesome videos and work you do.
Making holes with the torch does not give the precision and stability of the metal to sustain a firm resistance and consequently it will burst or weaken the metal itself. It is recommended to use the tape measure and make exact and precise perforations whit the right drill bit. saludos ✌

Question please where the #14 Pan head on the cross members hold on ? Because original bolt from factory coming from upside down like from inside down there’s any way to place that can bolt on the beam like coming from factory ?
I have been wondering for a while. I need a beefy floor for my trailers since I haul paper roll stock. If I get a trailer with X members on 12" centers, can I add X members so I have them on 6" centers?

When you’re drilling holes in the crossmember, does it matter where you drill the holes?

U can, but not over the slider rails or landing gear.
