Love potatoes...sliced and baked with curry , baked in aluminium foil - eaten with butter , mashed with butter and garlic - onions , cooked and cold on bread with mayo and green onion , cooked with sauce , in salads warm or cold .. yummy...you're so blessed with acces to fresh spices...looks so good
