You are wrong at 11:00 polar easterlies are the one coming from pole towards sub temprate low pressue belt on are on surface not above in troposphere easterliers are those coming from east side

Can u please elaborate why temperature of the polar vortex suddenly increases (i.e, sudden stratospheric warming) sometimes?

It is a rare phenomena and happens when sun is in northern hemisphere and when the force of LP winds from sub polar LP belt is strong . Because when the air is rising towards polar HP belt it is slightly warm and that is when maybe statospheric warming takes place and weakens the polar vortex.
