Sailing the Snow Pea at Lulworth Cove - 2010

- This is the first truly and wholly successful outing for my odd little boat - the Snow Pea.
We spent a couple of very enjoyable hours sailing around and in between the moored boats in the cove (they're not nearly so close together as they appear in this video.
Everything you see here is made from scratch - the boat - the outrigger, the paddles and sail. And everything you see being done is self-taught - including the sailing.
The video footage is a little odd in places as it has been digitally restabilised, as it was recorded from a handheld camera at extreme zoom, which made it initially quite shaky.
The sciences were my favourite subjects at school, but I work in IT. Everything you see on Atomic Shrimp is just the stuff I do to occupy my spare time...
Not anymore... well, things did change. Change is good.
