It is day 72 of our Guinness World Record attempt to become the Youngest Pair to Circumnavigate the Globe by Motorcycle! In this episode we ride 242 miles (390km) further down the Moroccan coast from Akhfennir to Boujdour and experience sand and wind like we've never seen before! 😮

I agree 💯... without westerners Algeria and Mauritania never existed before 1912 only Morocco for 12 centuries...I think Morocco paid the price for the invitations and ruling Spain Andalus for 800 years ....when you get to Dakar ask old people for the Moroccan border before the French occupation they will tell to senegal and East to Libya....

At exactlty in your vidéo 12:03 min , [ laâyoune ‘´ meaning ´´the springs is the largest city of ( MORROCAIN ) western sahara with a population of over 200 000 . You must add MORROCAIN , because you still in Morrocain Territory .
And when police contrôle you ask you for passeport , you will really feel that it is always and well in the Moroccan territory it is when you will really leave the last control point ELguarguarat, the Moroccan control services will give you an authorization and a registration that you have really left the Moroccan territory
Who ensures your safety throughout your journey? and especially when you camp? and you will always find the police and gendarmes and the military guards until the last point in the south of Morocco Elguarguarat .
The history of the Moroccan Sahara is also like the history of Gibraltar and Ceuta and Melila and Canaria island, all's the Morrocan teritorys .
and you have noticed that the control police in laayoune told you welcome to Morocco and not to Western Sahara!!!!!

As I enjoy watching your journies I am quite surprised at the fact that you consider 250 miles a very long day. You could certainly gain more ground with less accommodations and cost, especially if you're on tarmac.

Came late to this one! Fantastic and wow that was some ride. What with the wind and sand. Sand sandwich for sure! 😋 when you go into Mauritania we advise you stick to the main route going south. Check with people re camping. You will be fine 🙂 enjoy. 👍
