That’s what happened to my knee. Like i legit popped it one day at work and it hurts still (this happened early December). My sister suggested elevation for a day or two with little to no movement. Which honestly was so emotionally hard cause she was wanting to do stuff and i was like I’m kinda stuck here on the couch. But that really helped. Like the pain went away. It hurts more now when i jump or do squats wrong. So i usually wrap it before working out. You might benefit from long term elevation. My google medical degree diagnosed it as a sprain in my knee.

Do these exercises 2 times a day…(morning and before sleep) Do towel toe curls 2x20 Heel walks 3 sets Toe walks 3 sets Use the tens unit after your exercises or whenever you need it. You can also try a contrast therapy starting with ice cold water for 2 minutes and then immediately move it to hot water for 1 minute. Do that 5 times. Again, ✌️you shouldn’t listen to me✌️ I am not a healthcare professional.

I’ve played soccer my whole life and my freshman year of college I ended up injuring my foot. They misdiagnosed me 3 times. I had two X-rays and then finally by the end of my season they found out I injured my Liz Frank in my foot. Interesting way it got its name, look it up😅 but a girl kicked my foot, a girl ran through my foot, and I got stepped on in the same week. But ya just look up Liz Frank injury… worst pain in my life🙂
Can you make a video/vlog on how to count your macros? I'm really trying to understand the concept of it and it would really help to have you make a video because I feel like I understand healthy stuff more with Big Mama :) hahaha I just had to say that! Love you lots xx
Omg this has happened to me many times! The fast way to get rid of this pain is to boil hot water add salt and let it cool for like a min or 2 , the best way to go is for the water to be as hot as it can be. Grab a small towel , dip the towel into the hot water and place it on ur foot. The hotter the water the better! Continue this process until the water is warm. The more times you do this the better! Give it a try and let me know!

You've probably seen a Dr. by now, but as a former dancer, my best guess is that you've bruised several bones in your foot. Yes, you can bruise bones. I've done that and it hurts so bad and feels like a broken bone. Anyways, feel better!
Heat is actually much better for sports injuries than ice! Ice slows the healing process while heat allows all those inflammatory cells into the wound to heal faster. You should use ice if the swelling is out of control but try putting a heating pad on it. Love your videos!
A hair care routine would be super relevant since it’s probably different than someone who doesn’t workout as much as you do due to sweat/having to put your hair up etc
Yoga, bike, swim, lift weights… there’s lots of things you can do for your 60 min of movement :) also, I’m confused…on the Project 50 website it doesn’t say anywhere on there about getting 10k steps?

Most people try to go without going to the ER because it is not cheap. Even with health insurance hospital visits are insanely expensive. It’s sad because a lot of people stick with whatever pain until it is just unbearable.
i literally love waking up early but i have a problem to really use the time before i go to school like i wake up at 4 and i need to be ready at 7 so i have 1-2 extra hors but i cant be productive 😭😭😭😭
