Thanks Matt. What a win. Looking forward to trying those out. My wife and are going to Banff, Sunshine Village end of the month. That will be a great place to check them out.

Congrats! Hopefully you've still got good spring snow for then!

@@BramskiVlogs the conditions are still really good for Sunshine at the moment. Hopefully it doesn't change to rapidly over the next 2 weeks!
I hope everything works out for you to come back to Canada. Would be really cool to meet up for a day of riding in Revy next season if it does work out.

Unlikely the housing situation will be resolved here for very long time. Govt starting to cut back the intl students at colleges, but it’s a little late in the game. BC has a lot of investment from China and HK, so can be difficult for Canadians to try to compete with that. Overall a sad situation. Few leaders in the running want to change things, as they are often landlords or investors themselves. The decade is likely lost for Canadians. Feel for anyone who didn’t buy a house pre Covid, they’re ducked now.

Very ducked indeed! 🦆 From the point of view of someone trying to move there, I can't understand how a country with so much land can have a housing problem. Well aware of the environmental debate but I'd like to understand more about how "crown land" works. e.g, why can't they release some of this to developers at $0 (or little cost) on the basis that the houses are built that are affordable to first time buyers.
