I love the way he talks
That's a real compliment right there glad I found it in a sea of depressing comments :)
Bruce's 78 tour was the greatest tour in rock history. Fight me.
He's such a handsome boy.
so incredibly beautiful
Nice to see an interview of him from the old days. Handsome, he looked like a '50s Rock n' Roller with the matching look and accent and could have been a cast member of "The Wild One". Although he wasn't as articulate as he would be later on he seemed more lighthearted and less weary.
very blessed soul. mother nature every now and again throws some unberleavable talented magical souls up out of the rest of the billions that are born to suffer into this dark, cold evil unforgiving miserable world. a shining ray of light. he was blessed with may gifts and reconised the value of looking after them and himself. a good life, a life worth living. a life to be glad and happy for. I really enjoyed ur music bruce, im glad you beat the odds and made somthing good. ur music was always there for me in the bad aswell as the good times.
You would never guess to hear him talk that his voice is how it is
You would think it is exactly as it is.
@@eiseneuter2034 right
Because he’s a phoney
He sounds like young Bruce.
Omg yes gorgeous. 😻😻😻😺😺👸👀💋💋💋💖🗣🗣
So sweet.
Man...he’s hot.
If you like an unkempt rag bag!
@Ed Norton My husband is dead but he was A-OK!
F'n A
Peggy Micsky I always thought he was cute
i agree
I come from Jersey near where Bruce is from and at the same time before he was famous and I can tell you that is how people looked and dressed in them days !
He actually is a hick for trentonians like myself because he’s from the sticks and he reflects so much of that in his phraseology and mannerisms .....yea the youth, sideburns, and fine bone structure makes him appealing no doubt ! Get it girls THATS ITALIAN!! Ciao !
@** Haha, no he's not!
I thought was Jewish for the longest time too, but he’s actually Irish, Italian, and Dutch (maybe German too?). Raised Catholic.
@** He is not Jewish; he is Dutch Springsteen means jumping stone. He is also Italian.
I'm from Trenton too! Hey pal
I find this very fucking funny. I’m from his hometown. My relatives grew up with him. I do not live in anything close to the sticks
He's done it all in music. Now, he should retire and tour the country talking. He is a poet and a philosopher. American needs Bruce now, his words, his wisdom.
Dimitry Raskolnikov Yeah, he has so much wisdom...but I don’t want him to retire from music,
Europe needs him, too ❣
.
43 yeas ago, he's 29 yrs old here
ohmygosh he looks so... and he talks so...
love the Boss,
then and now..
Great interview
He was 🔥
HES SO FINE
Bruce was looking very much like Joe Strummer from The Clash back in the day.
Strummer was a HUGE Bruce fan.
This is incredible.
Bruce is a product of his environment. Liberal NJ, liberal parents, liberal schools, and a career in the most LIBERAL field of entertainment. No matter how big he gets, he's still small town by choice. His political views should be no surprise to anyone. It's his world. I passionately disagree with him politically but I love his music and admire his talent, stamina and dedication to it. I went to see.him in DC 30 years ago and it was one of the highlights of my life! He and the Band were outstanding! He's a true Legend and his music will live forever! I still play his old CAr occasionally.
You're an idiot-Doubtful his dad was liberal, Freehold is NOT liberal--what liberal schools?--he's just a good guy--
Richie Silver literally what I was about to say
He is not a product of his environment. He’s a product of lots of studying, lots of reading, lots of lived experience, lots of meeting different people, lots of having an open mind, lots of listening, ect ect ect. He’s loving person and wants the best for everyone not just a few
Wow.. finally someone who can separate the artist from his politics ( I'm no fan of his political views ).. but, I believe him to be one of the greatest entertainers of all time and I believe that he will go down as the greatest live act of all time.. I'm not talking one performance but, show after show for over 45 years.. he absolutely never " mails it in " 110% Everytime..
If you think he went to liberal schools you obviously didn't attend catholic grade school in the 1950s and 1960s. They "liberally" beat the crap out of us if we got answers wrong.
He's gorgeous!
What a fox
帅 帅 帅
The BOSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He makes clear he's the boss. 😉Sounds almost like the Godfathers voice from Marion Brando.
His Joizey accent is so thick.
Surely this interview from 1981 on the River Tour, when he toured Europe?
It is not from 1981 it was filmed in 1978
He's got a very serious underbite.
Yes it suits him. Well.
Which seemed to bless him with a cracking vox....a huge ability to write great songs and ability and drive way beyond comprehension.
Guess the moral is..WE ALL COME IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES.
Next you'll break the news that he's short, skinny and from New Jersey!
Whats that to do with his music?
He looks like Mat Dilllon here
rocknroller more like James dean
That's what I wanted to say 😂
What would you call his accent?
I'm from Jersey ppl say I have an accent and sound just like Springsteen. So strange
Almeno c proviamo..
Some people here seem to be very upset that Bruce got more attention and kudos in the 70s than Molly Hatchet or whatever two-bit cookie cutter boogie band THEY liked
Ponyboy
Hugh Jackman copy 😅
I like this version of him before he became so Hollywood and politcally connected I don't agree with him at all I love his music but his views are honestly that of some rich spoiled man who has had everything given to him I miss this man I don't like older Bruce he was s a sellout
How has Bruce sold out?
Troll
