Sir now a days being passionate is not nly the Criteria.. Earning lively hood is too v imp.. Ppl who have done their master way back in ages scinerio is diff now it's v different... Pls speak abt present scinerio and situation sir..how to excel present situation..
You are absolutely right. That is what Dr Jawdekar told in the video. Passion is not important, you have to work hard and smart with what you get. He even gave the example of endodontist - that just being good at RCT wont help. Even if you don't like clinic management you need to learn it to be successful.
He stated that making the best of what you have is important, passion secondary.

FOR SOMEBODY WHO DOESNT WANT TO START THEIR OWN CLINIC SOON POST MDS IN PEDO. ARE THERE ANY JOBS AVAILABLE IN GOVT OR PVT SECTOR?? LIKE OTHER CLINICAL MDS COURSES LIKE ENDO. OR PROSTHO
You can work as a consultant dentist across private clinics. It's available in cities not sure about rural areas.

Government jobs in dentistry are very few..

First make a list of tentative colleges..
Second search and connect with those currently doing MDS in Karnataka can be any field.. search in Instagram.. ask them about pedo in their college..
Sort through your list..
