Really fantastic job on this one. The editing is absolute fire and follows/tells this story really well. Not a moment of drag and the music is fire, too. Also, Thank you for explaining your strategies and thinking behind a lot of the stuff you do. It helps us less experienced players develop and improve our own gameplay. I'm liking this balance of doing farms and building, too--seriously something for everybody, but what makes it great is that the overall entertainment isn't niched at all. Universal appeal. Love the Buddah statue! and look at you pulling the colors from the compass rose into the Buddah build! You're killing this. So cool to witness.

I agree about the balance between farms and builds. I know a lot of people ONLY do builds and there's a group of technical MCers who only do farms ... I kinda want to be in the middle of that, doing both.
With the colours, the red and blackstone will be in so many things - and the white, as well ... I thought it was cool to put the banners on the statue the way I did, though. I liked that. :)

And ... if I ever run out of absolutely every farm ... I'll just work on my cities until new releases give me new farms to build. hahahaha
Nah, this was the last "major" farm push. I still have tons of farms to do but most aren't important. I'll do bonemeal, nether tree farm, universal tree farm, dripstone farm, bamboo farm, cactus farm, upgrade the iron farm ... I'd better stop, I'm getting excited to play! haha

Thanks Tolop - I do have to say that this is the first video where I have an editor doing a "finishing pass" on my work. So I cut the video, put the story together, etc. same as always, but he did the graphic overlays, music, sound effects, captions, and replaymod work. It was a huge team effort this time! :)

Crying obby is definitely a good looking obi block. Go back for missed netherite ... yeah I wish but I kept covering it up like a maroon. lol It's gone. Fortun8's design on the magma farm is SO GOOD holy. Nah, the egg will not break there as long as I don't "mine" it or a zombie doesn't step on it (or I don't land on it, I guess) ... The flying sheep was QUITE funny!
Leaving the intermittent breeding is really necessary to show that yes, I brought 2 ... and somehow we ended up with 100. This is the somehow. haha I'm glad you like the buddha info - there are like 11 poses, 5 of them are super common and this one is the one I liked the best of all the options. The "little facts" kind of started with my monitor barn in the 1.19 series when I researched monitor barns but I love doing that.

Totally agree with a set of boots with frost walker is essential when doing anything with magma or just in the nether in general imo it a very underrated and underutilised feature that most players overlook.
Yep, building the farm without frost walker is just annoying. Some people don't know and others just don't care but for me, I want a pleasant farm building experience. haha Not block tssss damage block tssss damage. lmao I think you'll find I'm not really playing the "oh ... I'm so new and so bad" kind of game that some (even big) UA-camrs play. I mostly know how to play MC well and love doing it. :)
5 days late, but I made it (not sure why YT didn’t inform me a new vid was released).
Firstly, I very much hope you’re feeling better and are not impacted by being sick too greatly.
Like yourself, I generally take the slow and safe route when raiding bastions, but I’ll admit that I’ve never thought to make an escape port in the roof. Moving forward though, I’ll definitely be following your example, very simple but very smart, definitely worth the time.
Good vid, good mix of technical and creative builds, solid explanations as to why you choose the farm designs you do.
Keep up the good work, I fully expect this channel to skyrocket one of these days.

yeah, bastion escape route is the way ... I love having a quick way out b/c things can go super wrong super fast.
I am loving mixing the tech and builds - glad you enjoy that. We'll be a bit tech heavy for the next 1000 days and then build heavy for a while after that, too I assume. Thanks!

I really would like to redo my piglin bartering on the Nether roof like you did, instead of beneath it. Any tips on making it effective? I defiantly need a sorter for the drops, even though I have the little shulker loader Ian shows in the video.
Any input you could provide would be great!

As far as the bartering farm, you WILL have some piglins get helmets and go to the roof. Every 20 mins or so just go down, kill them all, put the pumpkins back in the dispensers. And don't forget a slab roof so ghasts can't spawn. That'll mess up your farm REAL quick. lol
Otherwise, just do exactly what ian does. Same size room, same distances, etc. and you should be fine! :)

Hey do you have a link for the dark oak farm or whatever wood farm it is??
Not yet - I want to make a tutorial on it but I've been insanely focused on the hardcore world instead. I did a community post poll and that's what people wanted me to work on so I have. I expect I'll do a dark oak tutorial soon though. That farm is based off an old, unfinished tree farm and then we just updated it, fixed the wiring, added storage, fixed sapling return and made it positive return.
Here abhaya means fearless and mudra means position and Buddha is Buddha as obvious.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I want to make them slightly smaller but I do like having them early in the vid. You'll notice after 2-3 mins they fade away and don't really come back so it's just a nice little intro bit and then you can settle into the ep. :)
@@RadicalElder Having them just in the beginning is definitely a good idea. I've seen plenty of videos where they are always there. I do prefer just the occasional text here and there, or just in an intro personally.
Making them smaller will definitely be helpful if I'm honest.

Patience, editing and Tweakeroo's fast place layer mode. You can still make mistakes and I made hundreds, they just get cut in editing.

You made me look it up - it's been a thing since 1.10 so longer than I've been playing Minecraft. haha I've just always used magma cream farms to make magma blocks for my gold farms. :)

I found a texture pack that turned the debris blue. It helps a lot
Yeah, I have a few friends who uses texture packs for it like that one. Mine was just ore borders from Vanilla Tweaks and I don't like that it highlights EVERY ore like gold and quartz ... I may check it out. Thanks!
Wich mods do u use?
For FPS I use things like sodium, lithium, indium, iridium ... iris for shaders, zoomify to zoom. I use itemscroller for the item movement and tweakeroo for a couple bits. Round's armor stand mod is how I do the armor stand stuff like poses.
Day 1 of asking for a Mega Village Transformation project.
The whole village will eventually be removed for the Asian village transformation - where the original village is will mostly be guild / workstation type builds like blacksmith, armory, etc. Where the 2nd village is, near the iron farm, will eventually be residential asian styled buildings.

What would you do with the dragon eggs 🤔🤔
I'm draining an ocean monument by dropping 100k on top of it. Explanation is in one of the episodes maybe Ep 4 or 5? It's 1 egg per subscriber. When we hit 100k, I drop them like a sand drop.
Other than that, my plan is to use them for things like building & decoration. Lampshades, rounded tops for stuff ... idk yet otherwise. :)

I really don't like AFKing any farms but if I have to, AFKing 3 or 4 is way better than one! :) I really like how the buddha came out, I only wish it was possible to make it look a bit more different than other people's on this scale but it's REALLY hard - you either kinda have a head shape of this scale or not. It's pretty tough to detail. I do like his robe and how it sits in front of his body. That island needs like 10% more work but it's great for now. And thanks, I'm glad I feel better, too!
Im not critisizing im just saying that something felt a little off. When u were upgrading your tools and armor u were combining enchant books in an anvil which was something you could do to in 1.14.2 but mojang removed it cuz ppl were getting god armor with alll differant protections and other excessive enchants. Yet when you opened your inventory, i saw templates confirming you were on 1.20+ so if i could get an explanation, or its rlly gonna bother me if i doont know lol. Still tho your videos are very high quality good job.
Go into any world you play, take 2 books to an anvil and put them in. :) Mojang never removed the ability to combine books, they removed the ability to combine protection books. This is just your misunderstanding of the changes. I don't have 2 protection on anything.

Bro where can I find auto placing mod I want to build farms but it takes lot of time to build if I have auto placing mod it would be less time taking and 1:20 version auto placing mod I want and nice video bro ❤ I just like this type of videos but it's really hard to make this many farms for 1 video great work👍
Auto placing? Sounds like Litematica though I don't use autoplace. I use Tweakeroo's fast block placement for things like straight lines and floors. Litematica does have an autoplace mode but it seems way too non vanilla for me to use. Fast place is "the same" as clicking fast. Autoplace can make floating blocks ... depends which you want.

why not make a bamboo farm instead of using the dark oak
Bamboo flying machine farms are really slow and bamboo takes bonemeal to grow otherwise. I don't have a bonemeal farm but once we're past Day 1000 I'll make Chromoss, one of the fastest and best bonemeal farms you can make. Once I make that, I'll make a bamboo farm to go with it and use bamboo for generic wood after that. In the early days I'm trying to just maximise time. I have a very specific 1000 Day plan to create the most OP 1000 day world ever and sometimes I had to take a shortcut like using dark oak because I have it rather than create 2 new farms to do it. Dark oak is way more bonemeal efficient.

Sure to do which thing though. I use some performance mods (sodium, lithium, etc) and I use iris for shaders (complementary in the thumbnail). I use zoomify, item scroller & litematica ... but it depends which thing you want to know about.

I’m not one of those ppl who complains about everything but I gotta say the subtitles are seriously annoying, so many UA-camrs are adding them it really bugs me, if I wanted to read my way through a video I’d put subtitles on myself. This is just my opinion and a little rant, I really like your video style it’s clean and professional but still entertaining this is just imo
I appreciate the feedback. The subtitles being embedded in the vid is only on the initial 2 mins or so and then it's more up to you whether you want them. I think we'll shrink them down a bit and see if that helps in the next couple but I'm going to keep experimenting with what the majority likes most of the time. Thanks!

Once you see it though ... the pain of that stinky axe being netherite ... and the good one being diamond. OUCH. Oh well, "easy" fix but still a pain.
