Bryan Lee it's called a conversation vs a robotic corporate TV commercial. I've done it both ways and this way is more appreciated usually. Obviously some won't like it but hey I can't win for losing. If I let him donthebrobotic commercial I'm sure someone would complain that it's boring and nothing more than a TV commercial.
Nice jackets. As the apocalypse unfolds I will keep an eye out for the dead body wearing it, because at this point 700 dollars with shipping is impractical.
I want one of these jackets for riding a motorcycle . perfect for this and a every day wear in Portland I hear it rains alot . this coat looks Amazing one you can wear daily for decades.
If you're shopping high end apocalypse gear you're doing it wrong. Go to your neighborhood thrift store. Don't make yourself a boujie target for bandits.
Apache Zapata it's not really for the apocalypse. It just built super tough. Using the term apocalypse is just for fun. If there was a real apocalypse it won't matter what you wear. You will be a target regardless. Being alive is enough to be shook down for supplies. So that Being said having gear that won't RIP or tear might actually be exactly what you want since clothes will be hard to come by.
mixflip I think I'm still bothered by some student who spent $300 on some pants they claim "Navy Seals" wear. I had to tell them mil-spec is just code for the budget durable stuff the military contractors get the best kick backs for. The good stuff is the equipment we steal from our allies or other branches camp. I'm all for cool stuff, but this type of bug out gear could get someone killed in a shtf situation.
Apache Zapata I disagree. Humans have been killing each other for thousand of years....regardless if they are harmless grayman types avoiding conflict or Maori warriors with nothing more than sticks and stones....to guys with an open carry gun a knife and body armor. If you are alive....some jackass will want to take your shit regardless if you look like a harmless little old lady or Chuck Norris. Some idiot will come for you. The trick is to be ready no matter what you look like no matter what your wearing and no matter where you are in this world. Now to me this clothing really isn't made for the apocalypse. That's just fun marketing. Its really just motorcycle gear and outdoor lifestyle gear and range gear. Would in West this stuff to go to dinner with my wife? No...but if me and my son's are going camping at the overland expo in arizona....he'll yes I'd rock this gear. There are adventure bike riders and explorers who want tough clothes. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Also if SHTF....a real survivalist/prepper will avoid contact at all cost. And if he does make contact with people....he had better know the pre attack cues of some one who wants to hurt you just because you have a jacket he likes. Carry a handgun for God's sake. Maybe 2....and an AR15 or AK...but wait if you have a rifle slung over your shoulder....you are now a target. You have a tool someone wants....and now we are back to square one....the shit you carry will get you killed as you said. In say be nice to everyone you meet....and have a plan to kill them if you have to.
This stuff isn’t expensive. Expensive is Arc’teryx. There’s is just gor-Tex made in China and they charge 600-1000 for a jacket or windbreaker. This is made in America and will last you forever. Like a pair of redwing boots, or craftsman tools. Buy quality and it will repay you back 10 times
Man, this is some cool stuff, but it's so expensive, I just can't justify buying anything. I wonder how much they could reduce costs if they got out of California. God knows how they even got company off the ground in that state.
This is the only thing that stood out to me out of all 4 days you were there. Thanks for posting. When I saw the Mark 4, I literally paused the video, and Google them before you posted this video. That price tags gonna kill me but damn it's a nice jacket
"It doesn't get too cold out here" Has Vegas changed that much? I remember it getting pretty chilly with the mountainous winds. My buddies and I would have to dive into a little power box nest in the neighborhood wall when we were waiting for our bus.
Nonexistent, I'm afraid. I was just commenting on the apparent popularity of shorts among mercenaries serving in the Rhodesian army (Now called Zimbabwe)
I had a Mk I jacket but didn't like the buckled straps and the flapped slash pockets were hard to get into. I sold it and ordered the Mk V in Ranger Green the other day. Should be here by Friday. Their clothing wears like iron. Indestructible stuff. Like he said the Mk V is like the old M-65 on steroids and is more in line of what I'm looking for in a jacket.
I own their jeans and range shorts. This clothing line is bomb proof. I wouldn't be surprised if the clothes I have outlasts me. The elastic mag keepers in the range pants/shorts are also great for keeping a cellphone, flashlight, etc from flopping around.
Thank you, this was great. I've got to check these folks out. Especially that jacket you were thinking would be good for a camera person. Thank you again!
STB 1971 they admittedly don't make their gear for most people. They say they make their gear for folks who are tired of cheap foreign made outdoor clothes. You can buy 10 cheap jackets made in China....or one jacket that will last 2 lifetimes made in America. They know it's a risk and that they are missing out on making more money by going cheap. They seem to be proud of what they have accomplished and I can respect their business plan. I wish there were more brave American made clothing companies.
Talk less. Listen more. No point in asking the Founder and Creator about his gear if you're going to cut him off and talk over him the majority of the time.
The jackets are expensive but they are built for a lifetime. Its all the jacket your ever going to need. Survival jackets can hold alot of gear incognito unlike a backpack or daypack. Pistol, ammo, knife, documents, cash, etc. Blends right in to the contour of your body and nobody knows what youve got in those pockets.
Stormin Norm G-Works I normally use a gopro hero 4 silver with the LCD screen in an EVO GP PRO 3 axis gimbal. Inset the gopro at 1080p @ 60fps for everything. That's crispy clean footage that you can slow down if you like. The gopro lens films everything in focus which I like usually for trade shows. The gimbal give me silky smooth footage. I love it. Oddly enough I was testing a Lumix FZ1000 4k bridge camera for the first 3 days of shot show. Then did day 4 with the gopro. The lumix did well but on day 3 it gave me a couple focus problems. So I ditched it on day 4 for the gopro. My next setup will be the new Removu K1 4k gimbal camera. Look for my video of it from few 2018 2 weeks ago. I have high hopes.
Mark V is over $600, the Mark I is about $500. I've spent more on motorcycle helmets and jackets in my day and other gear (Arcteryx. . .cough cough). It's purpose-built gear that can be used in the every day if you wish. It's well worth it if you have a mission in mind for it, but as a piece of tacticool fashion (which is not what the company markets themselves as), it's a well-heeled fellas showpiece. Few of us live lives that demand we sport 1000 denier cordura on our way too and from our monday-to-friday. But, if you have the means, it's a collection of badass looking and hella overbuilt pieces of kit. If the revolution were to come unannounced, you will be duly attired for whatever comes next! If I were to buy these, It'll be for motorcycling or to stash in my grab-and-go SHTF crate. Made in Murica, so mortgage a kidney or lease out the missus' womb to the rich and infertile.
How can you have product out to be looked at but no price that does not make no sense look at my jackets well how much do they run always too new to say
ninjaneil902 probably was a good place to do business years ago but I bet they thought about relocating to a business friendlier state over the last few years.
Magus Trigger I normally use a gopro with a wide angle lens. I was using a new camera with a 28mm lens which isn't wide enough. I had to stay closer for the mic.
New clothing idea for the proper or covert Ops what have you ugly flash clothing clothing that is technically useful but looks utterly useless and disgusting so in a grid down situation no one wants to shoot you for your clothing or your gear even though you have the best
Why are you surprised? Its made in America stuff, you're definitely going to pay a premium just for that alone nevermind the materials and craftsmanship.
Check out these seriously bad ass clothing by www.kitanica.com
mixflip they should make paintball pants
I don’t think you could have interrupted this gentleman any more than you already have.

Looks like a great brand. Better to have a few high quality clothes than a lot of low quality clothes.
Just ran across this video. Thanks for posting up, I've been looking for Made in the USA gear!
Cheers,
Doc
Nice jackets. As the apocalypse unfolds I will keep an eye out for the dead body wearing it, because at this point 700 dollars with shipping is impractical.
scott mouse nice move
One of the best videos from shot 2018 no doubt!! Thanks man, I never heard of these guys but I will be making a purchase. So impressive.
Im getting those shorts!
My dudes. I didn't know George Clooney Designed survival clothes.
I want one of these jackets for riding a motorcycle . perfect for this and a every day wear in Portland I hear it rains alot . this coat looks Amazing one you can wear daily for decades.
I Like the rain coat.A lot of rain coats are not very durable, this sounds like a sturdier option.
The Mk1 looks like a straight jacket with molle and Cobra buckles fastened onto it
It looks cool in black. Less straight jacket-ish

mixflip I wouldn't have mentioned it, but its absolutely out of the realm of sanity to buy this gear.

Clayton Sage it’s not that bad. A jacket that will last a lifetime and made in america
I know my keys are here somewhere. Did you which pocket I put them in?
why can't I find other kitanica products the main site only has a few to choose from...
This is the only thing that stood out to me out of all 4 days you were there. Thanks for posting. When I saw the Mark 4, I literally paused the video, and Google them before you posted this video. That price tags gonna kill me but damn it's a nice jacket
Christopher Williams thanks for watching
"It doesn't get too cold out here"
Has Vegas changed that much? I remember it getting pretty chilly with the mountainous winds. My buddies and I would have to dive into a little power box nest in the neighborhood wall when we were waiting for our bus.
Mike Mac it Does get cold and it even snowed on the strip back in 2008. But this year was mild.
Ya they have bad ass clothes for duty or work or just causal, love it
MrOmegamax me too
Just want to say love this channel
Kory Farmer I just want to say I love fans like you. Thanks for watching.
They look like the jackets off this video game i play from time to time tom clancys the divison .i like the black one.
great booth review, like their stuff, especially the shorts!
coolnames I'm getting those shorts for sure.
I wonder if its because they're making their stuff in Cali that the price is so high.
I am sure that is part of it....... they should move to a more business friendly state.
BUSINESS TAXES, Commiefornia is KNOWN for that.
Those range shorts would have been a hit in Rhodesia. The jackets look really cool, but they're too rich for my blood.
Eric Ferguson what's it like in Rhodesia?
Nonexistent, I'm afraid. I was just commenting on the apparent popularity of shorts among mercenaries serving in the Rhodesian army (Now called Zimbabwe)
Is it fire resistant??
what? george clooney is now selling jackets?

csuhdraven the shorts are on my list to buy for sure.
Bro you keep interrupting him so I can't hear what he is trying to say.
Been waiting several years for the Mountain Shorts...
I really like that last jacket he had on at the end of your video. It's good for the rain but what about the cold. I got to get one.
Thank you, this was great. I've got to check these folks out. Especially that jacket you were thinking would be good for a camera person. Thank you again!
Eminence FrontX5 thanks for watching
Kitanica makes good quality gear, but it's too expensive for most people. Glad to see they have a 3/4 length coat, as I prefer longer jackets/coats.
I really loves the Mark IV. But I really can’t afford a jacket almost as expensive as Canada Goose... its prices are like luxury brands
Talk less. Listen more. No point in asking the Founder and Creator about his gear if you're going to cut him off and talk over him the majority of the time.
It's a back and forth conversation....not a commercial. If he wants a commercial for his products then he needs to pay me.
You let him show off his selection on camera and uploaded it lol.
That is some sweet apparel. Not to mention the made in usa tag.
Dev In USA all the way.
I was expecting dude to say...."yeah and in this pocket you can fit a hot pocket, and in this pocket you can put another pocket"
is it me or is the presenter looks and talks like george clooney? he could be his double. lol
Looks sweet but I have a Cordura mtb jacket and the thing does NOT breath well.
As cool as they are its a hard sell for a 160$ pair of shorts.
Good luck to whoever looses a card in one of those pockets
when and where it will be avievable that prototype mark 1 with cobra buckles?
Is that Michael Gross from Family Ties?
Howard Burt Gummer
The jackets are expensive but they are built for a lifetime. Its all the jacket your ever going to need. Survival jackets can hold alot of gear incognito unlike a backpack or daypack.
Pistol, ammo, knife, documents, cash, etc. Blends right in to the contour of your body and nobody knows what youve got in those pockets.
I agree. Its sometimes nice to carry a bunch or gear covertly without a backpack. This is one option.
These jackets stick out of the crowd, scottevest might be better.
cool stuff, and good filming, thanks.
I love the gear is just too damn expensive
Matt Fuller I hear ya bro. I'm starting with some shorts.
Ima have one custom for my dog
George Clooney if he were actually cool. The jacket with the cobra buckles... me want.
MrGabrielJude lol
Make more motorcycle jackets and pants please
Albert Tran ikr
Do you have a video with more info on the Hartman guy at 0:10?

Their RSPs are the best pants I have ever owned.
People who cut me off like this usually get a mouth full of fist, let the man speak!
Guy looks like Clooney
Another awesome video I’m picking up the jeans
Yo Mix, which camera do you recommend to a content creater to ensure she or he puts out crystal clear videos?
Stormin Norm G-Works I normally use a gopro hero 4 silver with the LCD screen in an EVO GP PRO 3 axis gimbal. Inset the gopro at 1080p @ 60fps for everything. mixflip Ok, thanks bro!
That waterproof jacket had my name on it!
Steve Lorenzana best rain coat ever!
Prices are stupid high,no thanks.
Dope review like always
WEI DYNASTY AIRSOFT thanks for watching
It would be cool if they also catered to the big and tall. Myself would be big , at least we can continue to dream.
They might? Check their sizes.
ive watched this about five times ,
Nice video man
Ooo I love pockets
wow!! impressive clothings....
Great products, i have 2 pair of pants and 1 pair of range shorts...expensive but built well
danhold1 Holdcroftski I'm getting some for sure
How's the inseam length on the shorts? I like my shorts to extend below the knee.
Christopher Salvetti i think 10 inches they are 1-2 inches above the knee
Boy dressing for the apocalypse is expensive. Wonder if survivors will be impressed with my $670 Mark IV jacket.
I'd like to see better dystopian and sci-fi movies nowadays. There used to be so many good ones but now most of them suck.
Great video as usual. The jeans are reasonably priced.
What aboutu Kitanica for women?
Wait, so you go to overlanding and shot?! Nice bruh!
Charles Coffman I'm known for lots of shot show and overland videos.
mixflip subbed!
Браво!

Doesn't won't to say price because it's to new !!!!!!!! 😕 Means Expensive !!!!!!
Kurt mcKelvey made in America = expensive.

Made in Murica, so mortgage a kidney or lease out the missus' womb to the rich and infertile.
How can you have product out to be looked at but no price that does not make no sense look at my jackets well how much do they run always too new to say
Effram Coleman it's a trade show. Lots of things shown aren't out yet. It's a preview to buyers and media.
toooooo expensive for jacket i mean its not bulet proof no AC no nothing jus a jacket
It's not bullet proof? Then why is it 600$
Working gear\ survival gear
has anyone ever told this guy he looks like George Clooney from tomorrow land?
Wow, based out of Oakland? Never would've guessed...
ninjaneil902 probably was a good place to do business years ago but I bet they thought about relocating to a business friendlier state over the last few years.
efred22 dude....you are thinking of San Francisco.
Awesome to know I've been mispronouncing their name for all these years. I always told people they were "KIT-ah-nic-ahs".
Great video 👍👍👍👍
Miss Smith thanks for watching
these guys sure as hell make good fucking stuff! id buy one if i was a security officer or something like that
They’ll be outta business in the next few years once all the people who can afford them find the next best thing
Lol I know Chris
Dear camera man.... back up. Hahaha
Magus Trigger I normally use a gopro with a wide angle lens. I was using a new camera with a 28mm lens which isn't wide enough. I had to stay closer for the mic.
mixflip its all good was just hard to see some of thr jackets and such. Not a knock on you as a person.
Fwd: "The Thing" Danica Patrick mopar Dodge county Wisconsin 😑😑😑
New clothing idea for the proper or covert Ops what have you ugly flash clothing clothing that is technically useful but looks utterly useless and disgusting so in a grid down situation no one wants to shoot you for your clothing or your gear even though you have the best
Me Rikey
Nice if you have a bank account the size of Bill Gates. $160 for a pair of shorts? Really?
Nice designers,but $600+ 🙀wow!
Why are you surprised? Its made in America stuff, you're definitely going to pay a premium just for that alone nevermind the materials and craftsmanship.
They are cool but $$$
Love the utilitarian look of these, but sadly it looks like these are cut for big buff men.
RENZ I'm sure they have small sizes. Check their size charts on their website. I put a link under the video.
Thanks, but because I'm a bit tall, small size jackets ride too high up on my waist. I'll probably get a medium or large and have it tailored.
RENZ You can still buy their gear for your boyfriend then take them to the tailor for alterations.
