Robin is so defensive and I understand this from postpartum or supposedly. I think she was defensive for pretty much her whole relationship with Patrick.I do love them together but it is hard sometimes to watch. Good Maxi compares Patrick to Mac, saying he’s over the protective. Robin’s like oh yeah and she also realize there’s a blizzard coming, so of course a new husband and new father is going to worry about the two people he loves most on this earth...
I always wished they had introduced another character right at this time, somebody that was not friends with Robin, somebody she would trust maybe someone Patrick knew from Atlanta or whatever that moved to Port Charles. that was a counselor and worked with a lot of postpartum maybe Robin would’ve trusted earlier
I love Patrick and the poor man a lot of ways he did 180° turn, because he fell in love with the first Time is of life, he has a beautiful child, and he just wants to do right by everyone. Robin being a control freak, she has something she has no control over, and I’ll top of it all has postpartum depression, somethings she probably never expected she get. she has not had to deal with it right at this moment, they need to get a counselor for her. Group therapy so she can talk to other mothers, that would’ve been helpful, not one on one but just to be a bunch of other mothers. She would realize this is normal this happens to a lot of women.
