I know i'm a little late to the party but i just wanted to share an "alternative" way of solving question 4. You just take your table from question 2 where the only open spot is the type of R's call and say it's local. The options A, B, D and E are true in this case so you know the answer must be C just by the process of elimination and without any calculations.
