😊 Thank you! Protein is hard to get in when you’re not hungry. I’m usually beating myself up at the end of the day for not eating enough. There are a few easy recipes that are high protein and high fiber that I want to video. It might be the end of next week before I can squeeze it in though. Thanks for commenting. Crazy fast like within minutes. It was kinda weird. Thoughts of food vanished. I have to remind myself eat so I can live . 😂. It’s true. It’s almost 3 pm and I just realized I’ve only had a 150 calorie protein shake today. I’m trying to make sure I eat some kind of veggies meat two or three times a day. Sometimes I just eat eggs because I know I need to eat. I have to get better at this eating right.
