The only downside of this seasosn is the slowness of norm walking and crouching.
The new animations for moving are nice but the movement itself is weird, if you play a creative map made before this chapter, it’ll have old movement with new animations and it works so well

The two things that stops this season to be a 10/10, movement and locker, legit the only two things.
Couldn’t agree more. I honestly love this season, just the movement is jank and the locker is horrible.
And the weapons are way too confusing

Nah the movement is better. It makes building a bit harder so all 9yr old single color superhero skins can't build a 5 star hotel in 3 seconds when getting shot with an smg from 100m
Honestly if they fix the movement and nerf all the weapons only a little bit it will be good

the movement is the only downside but its a test movement system so epic CAN remove it anytime as its not in the creative gamemode, the new movement system is slow i know, but the movement system i think was meant for the new ballistic shield that has a animation that is meant to be for this, so we might get a return for the og animations if epic agree to revert the new movement, i really do want these animations back cause it makes fortnite.. unique.

I already miss OG fortnite. I used to play this game because it was simple and straightforward. It was a "come home from work, turn your brain off, ans have fun" kind of game and I came back to the OG season for the same reason.
This is just way too much. If I wanted to track TTK, DPS, attachments, and objectives while playing nothing but sweats, I'd play Call of Duty

They changed too much at once. It will be hard to get used to. That medallion system is too OP.

I personally just hate the bots (the ones that AREN'T supposed to imitate players) being at every single location because i can't land anywhere without getting shot at from 3 different angles by them

It still wasn’t og enough cause of all the movement changes
I HATE the slow movement & fast storm, it makes building way slower, but I have mixed feelings about moving while healing & bullet drop.
Moving while healing is actually a decent a change overall but bullet drop is abysmal
Faster storm is my only problem the movement slows all the build nerds down which I'm happy with.
They need to fix the base walk speed. they basically removed the in between from waking and tac sprinting

Just fix the walking and crouching.. The mantling and window climb thing is good
Even if moving is worse, this is coolest map and very cool looking season

I really wanted this chapter to be good after the OG season reignited my love for the game. Unfortunately the movement is dogshit.

OG season was the only thing that brought me back, I had a few matches of this new chapter or season, W/e.. and I'm constantly against Tryhards and / or people who are ten times better than me.. so why am I against that type of player? Some things are or did seem good or cool.. even though I can't recall what specifically.. it could be much better and yes, the movement is soo weird.

The guns feel so good (- the bulletdrop), but the movement needs some tweaking tbh
What does it mean by the bullet drop Lachlan keeps saying it and I’m confused
@@samee6108 bulletdrop is what the sniper had in C1-C4, where you have to aim slightely higher than where you target is, because the bullet is affected by gravity so it drops a little. Before C5, the guns used something called hitscan, which is a line that shoots out form the gun and instantly hits what it has infront of it, with no drop

A funny combination of weapon mods are: thunder burst smg with the laser attachment and muzzle, keep shooting and you get perfect accuracy. You can choose other attachments

Jesus Christ is this season amazing! The map is really nice and big, the new mechanics and weapons are just fresh, and the battle pass is really cool! I’d rate this a 10/10 honestly. Only critique is the movement, it just feels janky compared to old movement, and it feels slow
