Her voice has really evolved so incredibly. That note during rep tour was such a MOMENT and like that just looked incredibly easy for her. She’s clearly been practicing stretching her range all along AND she sounds healthier than ever. Go Taylor!
I hope she do that high note (REP Tour movie and Glendale N1) for Don't Blame Me TV cuz that's my favorite high note and I wanted that high note in the official TV 🙂🙏
And I hope she do that high note (REP Tour movie and Glendale N1) for Don't Blame Me TV cuz that's my favorite high note and I wanted that high note in the official TV 🙂🙏
2018 seemed more powerful but she definitely needed to push her voice more, most of the time the struggle was visible. Now its waaaay easier for her, u can see that she doesn’t force it anymore
2023 I noticed has a WAY lighter tone, 2018 was almost completely chest, I’m not sure if 2023 is balanced mix but it sounds like she’s developed a WAY better mix and even attempted the phrased E5s near the end, massive improvement this year!
The improvement is just wow. During reputation tour, she can barely sustain it, resulting to her 'screaming' the high note. In the eras tour, she has better control and can sustain the note properly now❤❤
What the hell??? What do you mean “barely”?! She was literally doing the high note during rep effortlessly. It’s good to say that she’s improved but saying that she screamed the note is just stupid. Taylor made that high note and she wouldn’t create it if she knows she can’t sing it live. Her high note during rep is flawless and the Eras high note is just an improvement. The 2018 high note is more powerful and complete than the eras one. In the eras tour she doesn’t sing the full note because she’s preserving her vocals for the other songs (which is smart)
@@Nightwing-es2wf what i mean by barely is that she tends to go sharp or flat at the end of the high note. And really? Effortlessly? The tension in her voice is VERY noticable when she belts the E5 in Reputation tour. Her placement is better in the Eras tour so she is more relaxed when she belts the high note.
@@Pikachonk yeah that’s what it looked like to me. I went to the sydney rep show and my seats were really close. And from what I could see, she did the notes effortlessly. Also the rep tour note is much more powerful than the eras one.
@@Nightwing-es2wf well i can tell that you don't know much about belting techniques then. Technically, the high note in the Eras tour is waaay more clear, healthy, relaxed, and powerful. It's the one that is EFFORTLESSLY sung. In the Reputation tour, her belt is more constricted. Maybe the "power" that you're referring to might be gritty execution of the high note. It's not necessarily powerful if you look at it in a technical perspective of singing. Also, the Rep high notes are more of a chesty belt that sounds somewhat similar to a shout, resulting for it to be "powerful" compared to the Eras tour.
She sounds so good in both but man you can really hear how her voice has matured - and the way she can do it now with such EASE! That's not an easy note to hit.
I love these because she’s worked so hard to improve her voice and taken it from incredible to absolutely next level amazing. It’s also proof that while raw talent helps, anyone can improve their singing with plenty of practise!
The evolution of Taylor Swift voice basically like anyone else’s voice is just a matter of how you sing or how you train your voice… I sat in my car in a parking lot and several other areas that had different acoustics trying to sing in several different voices…I did this for about two hours a day for almost a year and a half straight… I did that along with playing the guitar for 3 to 4 hours a day seven days a week until my fingers bled and writing music for the past four years… The evolution of a voice can change at any point in time… It’s just a matter of the perspective of the word voice and how you’re applying it
2018 it’s almost like she’s screaming it, like she’s in her feels. While 2023 she is singing it, she’s performing it. None are bad, both bring me chills.
Chills goes to rep tour because that echo thing with the “ oh lord save me my drug is my baby” was a little better High note it self goes to eras tour it’s so strong and so good and this is so good
She’s also more relaxed with her throat while hitting those high notes and she’s not pulling her back even more further behind like she used to do before because that was a bad technique Now she knows how to hit high notes more relaxed and not tense
Please pin Attention swifties! We are going to stream Ttpd on may 13. Why? To celebrate a new album. Why may 13? 13 is Tay’s fav number. And may is the month after the month of April, the month Ttpd came out. Pls copy and paste this onto other comment sections.

I feel like during the rep tour she forgot she was human 😂
@@Blue_Razzberry1 LOL yup
She did the upper harmony in 2023😍

@Kyzen It's because Night 1 was recorded. Most likely for the film concert she's going to release.

definately was not more powerful, she screamed to hit the note so it was way more strained

2018's attempts are out of control, also notice how she stands very still now to keep it together, she knows it's a hard song

the way she handled it making it looks so easy
i wonder what young taylor would say and how to reactto this.

Yes, she is plainly lower but has more tone 2018 was just about screaming, the added back up makes it very equal. Smart and beautiful.
Taylor Swift is a beautiful singer and I am never disliking Taylor Swift

Damn her vocals never sounds more great and perfect
The elevation of this amazing high note is crazy

2023 is way far better.
omg she improved so much that i’ll prob go to a concert with this
💕💕
In 2018 she strained a lot, so much better now
The thing is,
She does it with an AH vowel sound live, and in the album recording it’s an “ooh” vowel… still great tho
I want the open vowel belt in the re-recording so bad😭
Her voice evolved and she is so much more confident to put her voice out there without anyone judging her
exactly
She really perfected what was already perfect! 🖤
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Why does her voice sound like an angle help me 😍

Yeah I agree
idk that little squeak from the autotune isn't for me. Which they chose a better clip for the eras tour
She really did takes us to church
She improved but I love both ❤ t swift
Not me watching every taylor swift vid i see waiting for ttpd

How does she do that ?, she’s a queen

The fact that I thought the song was played by someone else 😭😭😭😭

She was never bad to begin with but she definitely improved you could hear the improvement
