In the on off level at the start the koopa part can be skipable cause you can jump on a koopa that comes trougt the pipe and over the wall. So it is posible

Wait. How did u get 10 extra coins?. U can beat 4 levels (if u use Luigi to help for the 3rd) and u can touch the top which don’t count as coins which gives u 40 coins coins and u need 10 more to get an upgrade.
