I picked up my model 3 performance because I could find them in inventory but I was going to order a long Range Y and trade the 3 in in a year. I don’t think I’ll buy another Tesla though. I did get one rattle fixed after 2 services but I still have the speaker/dash rattle and just in the last couple of days there is a 2 or 3 more rattles that have popped up. I had a Corolla for 14.5 years with minimal issues and even my Civic I traded in for the Tesla I had 4 visits to the dealer in 3 years and that was for 4 oil changes. I would actually have probably got a Highlander hybrid if there wasn’t a year and a half wait for them in my area but I might just get in line for one or maybe a Lexus PHEV and dump the Tesla when I can actually get one. Toyota may not be flashy and are often slow some of the tech but they have build quality down for the most part.
