Who are We?
Celeste grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and I in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. We started dating at Penn State in 2011. We got engaged at the end of 2017, married in 2019, and we both love seeing new places, meeting new people, and having new experiences.
I started this channel back in my college years so if you go back far enough there is a hodge-podge of “eclectic” videos for your entertainment. However, in the future I plan to focus mostly on our travel and vlog videos. Our goal is to keep traveling and explore this wonderful world we all enjoy, and we are so thankful to live in an era when it is possible and safe to do so. Thank you for watching!

Thanks so much Emi!!
Love your videos, can’t wait for the next one. Especially since your videos are recent. We are planning to go but trying to do research on how to plan an itinerary and seeing how many days we should do Cusco, with of course doing Machu Picchu. And how many days to do Lima. So much to do in Peru. Trying to squeeze as much in a 7 day trip.
Thank you! Yes, we were in Cusco in Peru last year. Cusco is fun, I’d recommend the free walking tour as soon as you get there. You really only need two days in Cusco exploring the city, even one if you’re really pressed for time. Machu Picchu is incredible, we did two days at Machu Picchu. Lima was great, we did the day trip the first day and one day of walking around the city, so again if you’re pressed you could manage just one day in Lima. We normally work with global nomad, our travel agent, link in video description. They are really good with working with your budget and timeline. Let me know if you have anymore questions and please stop by anytime!
Thank you for responding back. I think the issue is it’s a lot of traveling. Flight to Lima, then flight to Cusco, train to Aguas Calientes, and vise versa, and then travel back. You know. So, Ive been doing a lot of research. I think one big question is when leaving Cusco, and taking the train to Aguas Calientes, you are only allowed to bring a certain weight. We want to spend a night there. Probably being a carry on bag, Now what do you do with your luggage? Leave it in Cusco? How does that work?
@@fayzet3396 we didn’t encounter any luggage weight restrictions on the train, we usually travel with a backpack and duffel bag. I honestly think you’d be fine with a “checked” bag type of suitcase. Just take it with you. That wasn’t even an aspect of the trip that I would consider being troublesome. Flight to Lima can be long depending on where you’re coming from(we flew from Miami and I think it was like 5 or 6 hours which isn’t bad), flight to Cusco is quick(like an hour), train to aguas calientes is easy and very scenic. Machu Picchu is totally worth it, one of the most amazing places I’ve ever visited. You won’t be disappointed. The two days at Machu Picchu were so worth the flights and train to get there. Thanks for the questions!
Nice! When did you all go? Did you feel the impact of the protests at all?
Hey Nick thanks so much for the comment and taking the time to watch the video. We were in Peru in June of 2022. So we were traveling before any of the protests in the current political climate. I’m sorry I can’t answer your question, but I will say we really enjoyed ourselves while we were there. Take care.
