A few days back, I purchased this laptop and started facing many issues from the very first day. So I claim for replacement. Today I got a new product, but again those issues are there. So, now I am going to claim for refund. Please don't waste your money. the most severe issue with this laptop is the heating issue. Initially, I thought that I got a defective product but again, the same problems are there with the replaced item also.

Exactly even I faced the same issue with 2014 TU. I have returned it and got a refund. It easily gets heating and battery is very week.
