I m Baadal Bhandaari owner of Baadal Bhandaari's multi-super specialty kennels and pet store Pathankot, Punjab, I m breeding dogs from last 21+ years and I m behaviorist for dogs. today I m going to share an important video on dogs' very common problem of their Hind Legs weakness or Hind Legs bend from joints. there are so many reasons. it can be worst for dogs as well as their owners if it will not be treated well in time. but today I m going to share my knowledge about its causes, treatment, precautions, and exercise required by that dog. @@DogsYourFriendsForever , Dear brother. Please consider my suggestion breed the dogs for straight back. Like the old real German shepherd. There were miniscule health problems for gsd in the 80's. My Uncle had one gsd which was imported from Czechoslovakia when I was 5 years old. A beautiful gsd with strong hind quarters. She lived for 12 years , very healthy dog , she was my best friend... Now I look to by one for myself every where I see these deformed show line dogs. Please breed properly and bring back those old version of German shepherd.....
SHARAVAN R SHEKAR bro i agree with you but gone are those days when ppl had dogs for a reason or out of affection now a days its a trend, a trend to showoff n hence a show quality dog(generally speaking leaving out the exceptions).my heart sinks when i see saint Bernards,greatdanes,German shepherd etc big working class or guard dogs in 2 bhk houses where they can barely move.

German shepherd lena asan hai but uski maintenance cost bht jada hai.. Jo bhi bhI gsd lena chahte hai so is bat ko mind me rakh kr lena. Its my personal experience..by the way..bhandari sir well explained everything

I have a question. I am from Jammu. Recently my GSD (Brutus - 10yrs old) died due to Degenerative Myelopathy. I didn't know about this disease until recently. As you said, you have your own breeding setup. Do you check the history of parent dogs for the diseases like Degenerative Myelopathy or other common diseases seen in GSD breed?
I am planning to get a GSD puppy early next year from you. But I am scared of such diseases now.

First there is no deficiency of calcium in your dog if cross binding problem is occurring , the problem is that you are not give effecient exercise to your dog which he need and other problem is the floor if you have a slippery floor like wooden or tile floor your dog will absolutely slipped at that floor which causes injury so the only solution is give your dog effecient exercises
