I had the pleasure of doing a self bottling experience at Auchentoshan about 6 years ago and it was the most spectacular, powerful sherry bomb (Pedro Ximanez) .. I didn't want the bottle to end!

I do like this dram a lot. My dad only drinks Irish whiskeys, Scotch feels too harsh for him but he loves this one. Cheers!
