You need a fixed constant to measure the variables. Doing a free drop of the balls from the same height and then measuring the maximum height when it bounces up or time taken between two touches will be more accurate. You need to also consider whether the size or circumference of the ball would also play a part in its bounciness./ elasticity. Well another factor into this may be weight. A golf ball is much heavier than a bouncey ball or a moon ball there for it can get more force towards the ground on the initial throw meaning it can get a higher altitude. What do you think?

It's not an exact test but it demonstrates the point. There is also air resistance that plays a tiny role in all of this too. The golf ball is a lot smaller so it also experiences less drag.
