The fact that tf goes into this 1 vs 4, getting himself flanked by veigar shows he has no map awareness, its rather lucky veigar rs so early that TF gets more than 1 kill out of this

I feel like this series just shows how poor the elo system really is. There are smurfs and boosted people in 90% of ranked games and its just a luck of the draw if you get to where you're supposed to be. Even as a diamond player i hard carry about 50% of the games i win and i could easily derank down to mid plat if i had a bad streak of teammates.
you're exaggerating about that 90%. besides, you're just as much likely to be paired in team with smurf as against him, so eventually it all comes up to your individual skill
Or it's because some of these are in normal and not ranked. That TF for an example. It was normal draft pick.
