Excellent recipe! Made it with raspberries and sliced almonds. I did reduce the sugar by 1/3 though since I prefer desserts that are a little less sweet. I also used regular sugar and not icing sugar and it didn't present any issues.
Just made these a second time! A really great thing about the recipe is that it uses whole eggs. I hate being stuck with egg yolks or whites and having to bake something right after I just baked.
Love your recipe which use the whole egg rather then just the egg white which at time have no use for.
