    Sengkang is concrete jungle, few residential blocks r facing Riverside Park, it’s the longkang view for the condos.
    Punggol has beautiful waterways/parks surrounded by Hdbs and some blocks has bay & seaviews towards Coney island. That’s the reason why punggol prices is growing faster than SK. Also Punggol digital district employing 28K jobs starting end of year

    Ex-EC The dun know forest at CCK : $1.7 for 4BDR. Better than paying for Dawson HDB

    Eric honestly a mic would probably be good as well. Also maybe hire a Philipino remote worker to fix sound levels and do color correction etc in post production. Love the content, please keep it coming!

    Material like steel,piping,wiring,glass,sand,cement & manpower shortage,inflation ,sg houses is super expensive,even the bto resale 4rm & 5rm already cost more than 1/2 a million to 1 million ,private property already a least 1.3m 🤑🥳

    Do you have any recommendations? treasure Trove Vs Parc Centros Vs the Twin Waterfall Vs Waterbay? Which would you pick?
    Also, is 3br Dual Key property better choice than normal 3br?

      If its true then how can this small % affect/influence the pte pty?

    100k per year appreciation ? Past performance do not equal future performance.
    Anyway Sooner or later, prices of houses will go so high, we need to take 100 year loan.
    But of course before that happens, there will be public outcry and huge drop in vote.
    Meanwhile, PAP is happily selling us expensive BTOs.
    I dunno why so many people look at this as a positive thing.
    Unless u moving out of singapore, sell high, u will have to buy high also.

      $500k down means max budget $1.75mil. Can’t get 3br for new launch.
