Это страсть, которая владеет человеком . Вовсе не наркотики, как Вы это поняли. СТРАСТЬ, которая движет человеком. Она бывает разная . Thanks Jeff. The strength of this movie is its deep symbolism and shocking scenes and events where she goes through a trip in different times and places presenting several characters. Krutoy, Lara and Bodaev(the director) wanted to deal with the most important present social and political problems that need solutions. This is one of these problems ,addiction, as it seems to me. Being so dark and complex minded director, Bodaev gave us this fast and hard to follow scenes that finally leave us annoyed and shocked which is the real message of portraying this character. The whole performance was epic. Lara was phenomenal through the whole movie, yet it was said that she refused some Bodaev's ideas which was the reason of not releasing the complete movie, or at least releasing it late in 2013.
@@jonathanmorelive It wasn't "censored" by Fabian. They felt given current events at the time it was best to hold it back lest it be misinterpreted, causing further upset. Internet Telephone. 🤪
Hello Jeff this video is part of a video set created with the album mademoiselle zivago unfortunately the film has never been released on screen lara is not at all satisfied with the result, it is the first time that I completely disagreed with her, it is a small visual masterpiece. Lisent and look toccani and liora luckily lara ended up accepting that we can see it on the net Google translation 😔😔😔
There is a lot of victorian age gothic elements here, from an era that revelled in dark stuff - i.e. Jack the Ripper, Shelley`s Frankenstein, Stoker`s Dracula, of course Jekyll and Hyde and a lot more not as well remembered. This was the time when opium dens were abundant in the sleazier parts of London and well frequented by members of all social classes. The beginning is indeed greek mythology, the underworld with Charon the ferryman. The additional symbolism of the sacrifice of parts of his body for admission to the object of his longing is less of obvious origin...
Hi, Jeff. How are you doing? Curiosity: the man driving the boat in this vídeo is the director of this incredible project from Lara and Igor Krutoy (her russian friend/master and pianist). His name is Alan Badoev, he is from Ukrain This entire project is amazing, you should check it out. But of course her live perfoemances of these songs is waaaay better. (Songs: Llora (in Spanish), Tocammi (italian), Russian FairyTale (English) are the highlights of this project. After more than 3 months of hard working (she worked filming over 12 hours per day), she decided to not release it, she said it was too sexualized and violent. But the director decided to realease anyway, against her agreemnt.
excuse me, but it's not Dimitry who Lara worked with while making this movie. It was Igor Krutoy. He wrote the music for this album. No offence, just the remark)))
This is a interesting video ,Making of Mademoiselle Zhivago: ua-cam.com/video/boiJoh8xg1g/v-deo.html , i think the fact that Lara broke into tears at the concentration camp set of the video Lou, really says it all. I guess it was all a little too much , i read somewhere that she did all the stunts by herself.
