For those who cant go to the crystal caves use soul drain love or healer any passives u want go to virus fight him until level 200 go to sky islands fight the dragon or if u dont have the key fight mother pig, you will have to kill mother pig multiple times but for dragon you only need to kill it once

Just fight void pillars till 125 then beat challenger for like 6 minutes with 50 estacks and rebirth
nah virus then avatar of rage is much better you can rebirth in like 3 minutes or less
