    So the boat "Hannah Boden" at 1:20 was the sister ship to the "Andrea Gail" that was the main focal point of the movie "The Perfect Storm". Kinda cool. Love the show Captain George, keep up the good work!

    -stands in Serengeti Protected park-
    “These lions don’t seem endangered to me!”
    Keep in mind commercial boats not pulling tons of fish out of a very localized fishery has a massive effect on immediate fish populations.
    Totally agree 35 years is absurd but definitely feel this fish needs some protection..

    What size rod/reel were you using for the Cobia? How do you like the Spinfishers? Great episode by the way, fishing in my home town!

    I love this series.
    I just wish if they're required to release fish that they handle them properly (i.e. I wish they wouldn't gill lift the fish). Very detrimental to survival success.
    Sets a very poor example.

    • @ascitiesburn672
      @ascitiesburn672 9 років тому +1

      JabbaDuhHut They aren't gill lifting. they are just grabbing the gill plate. their hands never touch the actual gills.

    • @JabbaDuhHut
      @JabbaDuhHut 9 років тому

      ascitiesburn672 It's just a really bad place to lift fish from. You'll eventually damage the gills by unintentionally touching them.

    • @ascitiesburn672

      Not if you grab it in the spot they do. You will never touch the gills. I do the same thing. I never touch the gills. It's fine.
