Fantastic recipe... can be had for dinner as we're using suji. Awesome way to make perfect vadas. I used a glass bottom instead of a katori. That saved my hands from getting burnt in hot oil.

Loved the recipe 😍 the vadas were delicious and in proper shape. The technique of making the vada on the surface of the upside down bowl is failproof. Kabita's Kitchen rocks and so does her recipes!!😋❤️
