How to load or unload a spare wheel on the Unimog Camper roof rack ?
Is there a tap or do you have to lift it up and down by hand ?

You can use a Spare Tyre Crane to load and unload. It's not that big so it can be stored inside the vehicle and taken along on your expedition, and make sure to secure the spare tyres with tie down ratchet straps to prevent them from coming off the rack!

Not sure what you think you read in either the "Video Title" or "video description", but there is NOTHING mentioned as to what year or how old/new the vehicles were! Even though the latest Action Mobil XRS7400 is their latest 6x6, as referenced on their website, I HIGHLY DOUBT it's heads & shoulders BETTER than the 7200!
Regardless, stating that the 7200 is "old" is irrelevant to the video! It's still one of the 'best overlanding vehicles' on the market!
