Does anybody else think that this is perhaps the dad’s fault? I mean he refused to take the loan which would’ve helped him and he didn’t even bother to ask for help which also would’ve been useful to help with the cancer, if he just did either of those things, Tiffany wouldn’t have to sell drugs
‘Doing the wrong thing, even if it’s for the right reason, still makes it wrong.’ I love this sentence and I think it will teach many other people to always do the right thing, even though Tiffany was being pulled in by Jasmine, she learned her lesson. ❤❤❤
Plus, I wish there was an alternate ending where not only that Tiffany had to wash her last car alone, but Jasmine joined her, being part of her punishment. Since Tiffany only had to wash cars for months, Jasmine was sentenced to 6 months on community service since she's a minor. It's her first defense. And her father a cop, the judge went easy on her.
@Camilla Yeah, imagine during her probation and community service, she's also grouned for the next 6 months, and her dad made her turn all her stuff, and she's not even gonna get car, and her dad to drive her to and from school until she's graduate. Also, every week for the next six months, her dad has to do a drug test on her and her room to make sure she doesn't have any more in her pension.
She learned her lesson just like how I learned mine. I started smoking in my sophomore year and now I'm in my senior year of highschool. I got busted for everything on February 8th and almost got jailed. I lucked out that my 18th bday was 2 months away. It's now less than a month away and I'm vape free. I'm not smoking as much weed as I used to. It feels better weening off that shit because the bad effects of drugs are always right in front of you. Sadly, drugs also make us gullible and we actually feel like we need them. I wish kids would stop trying to be dealers.

This comes close to home. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for lung cancer. Before I was born, my grandfather was diagnosed with mesothelioma from working with asbestos. My parents decided to start trying for a kid right after he was diagnosed because they realized life is short and they wanted to have a kid before he died. Ten months later, my grandfather got his first grandchild. That grandchild was me.
