Its ok having still big tummy it's just during your delivery the nurses forces you to labor
, For my youngest delivery, the doctor wait for the time the baby na lumabas never nila akong pinorce labor kusa dw talaga lalabas yong baby if time na..thats why i never excert effort doing such...parang na bugbog ka sa kakadiin ng attendant tapos boy pa...nalungkot kaya ako you enjure much pain..dko kinaya ang screams mo...anyway breastfeeding is the best way para lumiit ang tummy mo...goodluck
Liit din yan after. Month pero grabe yong attendant hindi tama yong pag foforce nya sa iyo dahil no need to push your tummy dahil kusang lalabas ang baby anyway andyan na yan sana wala masamang internal pain sa tiyan mo pahinga k na lang wag muna mag kikilos

Watching your videos makes me happy bcoz despite of being away from your family in the Philippines still your surrounded by beautiful people and you’re blessed to have loving in-laws who loves you and even more now that you give birth to your child. It’s so heartwarming to watch that you got a loving and caring family in India and most of all a very caring and loving husband.

Mommy Ann, using a postpartum belly binder after giving birth is good for you, it will give an extra physical support as your body heals and helps your uterus to shrink back quickly. But be careful when you use them because it can end up doing more damage than good. It is best to tighten it just enough to offer gentle support, but not tighter. Jay Anne just ask your husband to boil guava leaves and put it in a small bucket and sit for 10 mins...it really helps to make your tummy smaller and will give you good feeling it heals your ovary very quickly..I did it when I was a new mom too,my late mother in law did that to me..😘

Miss Ann dont drink cold water anything cold so that your tummy get small kung satin ay maligamgam na tubig sana kung may makita o mabili na vino de quina pampalabas ng dugo yan pra lumiit ang tyan 1 scoop or 2 tablespoon before breakfast recomend yan sa mga bagong panganak ingat kasi bka mabinat ka
Always wear socks and pajamas para ndi po ikaw mapasukan ng lamig...always stay safe and fast recovery...

Nung nanganak po ako ganyan din tyan ko malaki. mas malaki pa sa tyan nya. After 2 weeks dun pa lng sya lumiit. Normal lang po yan. Wag na magtaka ang iba dyn. Alam ng mga doctor yan.

Wag ka muna gumalaw galaw at tumayo or wag gaano magsalita para di mapasukan ng lamig ate jay ann baka po mabinat kayo and try niyo din po maglanggas ng dahon ng bayabas kung Meron diyan mabilis po pampatuyo yun sugat at liliit din agad tiyan niyo sabay din po kayo sa tulog ni baby pag 3 to 4 months yan mamumuyat na yung ganyan heheh❤🙂
