It's absolutely true , after 12th I also took admission in bsc due to family pressure and prepared for neet, this year I scored 540 , and I regret my choice that if I would have taken complete drop then this score would have been more.

Initially I opted for online studies since I needed to attend college also and about a semester later I almost stopped going to college (truly I didn't care) and in almost January end I took admission in a coaching for test series, (even they suggested I should have came earlier ). The actual problem was a month earlier to my neet i.e family problems, constant quarrel between my parents and continuous bothering from my brother just didn't helped enough.🥲
its not always do naav p sawaar hona its the security you get after enrolling that if neet doesnt happen i have this choice mental pressure would be less yes uh have to do alot of hardwork but it would lead uh to work hard in every tough situation
Ive seen so many people say partial drop can be taken along bds,but bds has almost same syllabus as mbbs for the first year along with dental subjects(alot of matter ) and alot of practical work,so idk how they do it or they just don't clear the first year of bds

See the point is you can do everything if a person in gov mbbs college can create youtube channel then you can take partial drop .It depends on you .Raj bhaiya why not become a good doctor by spending every second in mbbs rather than creating youtube videos.
You don’t get to tell me what I’m supposed do in my MBBS free time.
And most probably the case is that you haven’t even entered MBBS that’s why you say so. Cuz almost every MBBS student is pursuing some or the other hobbies (in India or in US/UK).
99% of MBBS students across India are wasting their free time. No one will tell them to study cuz they don’t appear on social media platforms. No one is noticing their time pass.
It’s not like the ones who are creating videos on youtube are not studying. Just visit my college some day and ask anyone about my academics, you will get the answer.
Now as to why you shouldn’t opt for partial drop, I have clearly mentioned the reasons.
You can’t compare NEET preparation with MBBS (from a govt or private or anywhere in the world).
And you don’t become a good doctor by spending every second of MBBS simply studying!! Wake up kid. You will realise what you said when you actually enter MBBS. There is huge syllabus in MBBS, but not that huge that you can’t even live your life.
Less than 1% students in every medical college, crack NEET PG with a decent rank. What about the others? Were those 99% people creating videos on UA-cam? Absolutely not! Then why they were not able to do it? It’s because they didn’t study adequately.
It’s about managing your overall life in MBBS and not just studying.
But in case of NEET preparation (fresher/drop) you shall focus firstly securing your future by putting in immense amount of effort to enter MBBS and then live your life to your own terms.
And obviously when my NEET PG exam will be just few months away, I won’t be doing any of this cuz at that time focused and dedicated work is important.
MBBS is a marathon and not a sprint like NEET UG.

Mai abhi 12th m hu aur apne ghar se hi neet ki preparation kr rha hu preparation k liye Maine pw ka lakshya batch join kiya hai aur abhi tak meri preparation thik hi chal rhi h 65-70% question physics aur chemistry m solve ho jate h aur biology m 95% tak.
But jab bhi mock test hota hai to abhi tak mera 250-350 tak m hi Mark's atak rha h jais se demotivation hota hai aur isme meri bhi laparwahi rehti h ki mai test k pahle full syllabus complete nhi kr pata hu.
Aur abhi September se total 8 month baki h neet 24 ko isme mujhe 11th ka bhi syllabus complete krna hai jiske liye mai August se hi start ho gya hu..
