The station also has public washrooms on platform 1. A local coffee shop kiosk will also open at some point in the future (delayed due to the pandemic).
I live in Ottawa and do visit Tunney’s Pasture Station quite often. When the LRT first opened in 2019 and through the winter both platforms were used to balance out the crowds interchanging between every other train, since the Confederation Line had huge crowds! However with Covid-19 and the significant decrease in ridership it usually only uses platform 1 now so you are correct! But when these times end and everyone can return back to work downtown, I’m sure they will go back to the double platform like they did during pre-covid times!
I am not sure how many elevators and escalators are at each of the 3 entrances/exits. Do they have any bike facilities? Any bike ramps beside the stairs? How many benches are there on the platforms? Are there any bus shelters and benches for bus passengers? Are there any computer terminals that give transit information? Are there any plugs to charge e.bikes and cell phones? Is there a direct phone line for assistance?
I can answer a few of those. Three entrances lead to one concourse, with one leading to the bus loop. Each platform has two up escalators, two sets of stairs and double elevators, all leading to that same concourse. There is some bike parking under the roof overhang just outside a fare paid entrance. Maybe 20 spots. Each set of stairs on the system has runnels, but they are not very effective (have to hold the bike at an awkward angle). Elevators are huge, so multiple bikes could be brought on at once.
Bus loop has a shelter per platform, benches and next arrival screens. I think one bench per train platform at the TranSecure area, where one will find overhead heating, an AED machine, emergency phone and firefighting equipment. Transit info available on maps, next trains and next buses displays. No phone chargers. Fare vending machines, six total, feature video chat with customer service.

What a great channel and content. Subscribed!
I don’t believe that trains actually do regularly use both platforms, afaik only platform one is used in regular service.
