Such an amazing video! It really clicked for me what you've said about film rolls and how the screen never changes. You're the screen, and all you have to do is choose the film roll and the movie will unfold! I have a game that I play all day specially before sleep, and I talk like this: I deserve to be happy, and since I deserve to be happy you know what makes me happy? This.. that.. it could be simple things, when I started to do that, it became a program in my mind, when a worry and concern about someone pops up in my mind, it immediately says, this doesn’t make me happy, so since I deserve to be happy, how could I see this to make me happy? and then the scene change to a positive, and when somebody elses life comes to my mind, I say his business is none of my business, taking care of my own business makes me happy, what would make me happy now? 😂 I remember an interview with ronda byrne from the secret, she said, if I could make all my work into a simple statement I would say “think only about what you want”
Yes! The amalgam was something I was already doing intuitively and when I learned about this concept and had the word to describe it, it felt even more empowering! Around this time I heard the song the Glow of Love by Luther Vandross which opened up a whole new universe for me, this idea of seeing all internal and external conditions in my reality through the glow of love.
