Without a doubt my favourite cover of this track. It just feels so intense and has a lot of “oomph” to it. Most other covers I find lack that bit of background strength that makes the track feel-able along with being a good track to listen to. This cover succeeds in that excellently though. I'm very late to the party. Still a great party though! The only worry I had when seeing/starting this is if you could land the tonal shift: You completely nailed it. I have to say, I'm not very big on music generally. A lot of popular music just sounds the same to me. Same instruments, same general tone. One of the reasons I love the music for persona 5 so much is because it has wildly varying instruments, and wildly varying tones. Electric guitars and violins in the same track. What more can I say? It just sounds...interesting.
Love that by and large this is faithful to the original but then adds some spins to make it your own. Solid job to say the least, great guitar and bass work. Definitely digging the breakdown towards the end too.

I'm starting to realises the things I like the most about your videos are all the small things like how your guitar is so blurry in the thumbnail. My favorite part of this is probably the odd timing stabs at 0:51, but damn that shred solo was nuts, I keep forgetting how good you are sometimes. Technique is so weird, sometimes it look like your hands are about to break off playing easy riffs, then all of a sudden you break out runs like at 2:21; I don't get it man, but hey it works :) 28 weeks to go!
It finally happened. A track that the legendary Jules couldn't overtake. You did a bangin job man, 10/10, but this is the one track where the original is an 11/10. So far all the others before and after this video all the way into 2020 have been improvements.
