I also have the same issue. Ola asked me to get it serviced outside. Need welding as the spring mounting in the scooter is broken. I removed the center stand and feeling much relived as ground clearance issue is fixed.
I got a new spring from a local shop and installed it myself as ola doesn't have the spring but now my stand is touching the breakers 50% less than before

Bhai apke previous test me ola 10-70% charge hone me 1.5hr liya tha abhi kitna time leta he under 1 hr hojata he kya

Fir bhi check kar lo ek baar it could be dangerous if it breaks while riding if it is rusting i suggest chege it or colour it
