Shield yourself. Now that you have experienced it, expect it. Continue to pray; make it the first thing you do in the morning, last thing you do at night, moments alone, etc. Once your relationship with Jesus is stronger, human emotion will mean nothing to you. I speak from experience, that is all.

@TanisPhillips It's been 14 years, I'm on this spiritual journey . There's nothing to be scared or confused about it. I take each day as it is and surrender everything to Our Lord and I tell Him "YOU TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING " it works miracles for me when I do that. But remember, it always happens according to Divine timings.

It was a heart fought battle to stand where I am standing, I've grown stronger by defeating a numerous different cultures of darkness, sometimes I felt like throwing in the towel because of the heaviness of it, attack after attack on all sides, but came out on top over the enemy,, battle and in forgiveness, over and over again and again, still not over, but one thing I love to do, is put on my Armor of God and give thanks, Amen

I have many stories of survival to tell, I was taken from parents at 14 and moved across the state to live in a Catholic children's home. The most recent miracle I had was when the Lord sent me to live in Colorado and I met a man , I was told was safe , he was not. At one point his demons wanted to put me out in the snow with temps below zero , after this man violated me in everyway a man can . I grabbed my rosary and locked myself inside his bathroom and on my knees began to plead to God for help. After I finished praying, I opened the door and found the man, setting peaceful , just blank looking . He didn't put me out . Praise God! I had no car and it was a six mile walk back to my hostel .

Hi everyone ' I don't even have a word on my mouth to explain how I feel " I'm going through a very difficult time of my life , my whole life was never easy ' I have been through challenges one after the other " everthing that you are explaining here its like you are talking to me all those things are happening in my life . Lose everthing from my mirrage business jobs n left with nothing " everthing i touch turn to ashes ' that is wy I say i don't know wat i can say because i am exhausted i have no energy any more to fight. I would never feel that I am good enough to be "chosen" , especially considering what Ive been through in life. The thought makes me feel even more vain and arrogant than I was before I started. The duality is strange.
Though very many of the udentifying elements fit my life, and looking back seemed to fit since my kindergarten days, how can one even be sure that out of 8 billion people, you can be so special as to be chosen. In my isolation I follow the path which started around 1996 and hope that I find favour with the Creator through practices of love and compassion
